Hello Gretanne1, in general fist taps harder and deeper so it is usually for people who are stronger. While cupped hands are usually for people who are weaker. But as long as you are comfortable, both should be ok.
I cannot thank you enough! I followed this routine seated due to serious back problems (fused vertebrae). Where possible can you advise if sets are suitable to complete in a modified fashion? For past 2 weeks I wake up with a very stiff torso. Difficult and very painful to get out and in bed takes about 5 minutes sit on or get up from chair. Need to bend knees to open refrigerator as I cannot bend at waist. This sometimes improves after about 7 hours plus after arising, yet torso still extremely stiff and stomach feels heavy.
I’m so grateful for your channel . Where can I find a TCM specialist near me . I will just keep watching your channel regardless. My teenage son is always irritable and disrespectful and I’m a single mom so his negative energy affects my well being. After he left for his part time retail job I wanted to cleanse the negative energy and your video has helped !!! God bless you 🎉❤

Hello Dr. Hui, the eight nest exercise has been very beneficial for me, I also picked this up from another Dr. Chunyi Lin, who show only the upper torso for 81 times, since watching your video I've included the lower torso as well for 81 times. In March of 2022 I was having tooth complications and wrong pain medication and my lights went out on my right side, recovery has come along swell and this is very helpful. I went to an acupuncturist after coming home for a couple of months.
@@virtualwhispers I don't put myself completely in the Doctor's care , some of them don't have our best interest at heart, years ago I went in a hospital clinic for eye surgery and they did something negative to my heart causing me to not be able to run for months, I couldn't smoke cigaretts without being paralyzed from the waist down ; so you can stay with the big Pharma doctors who are doing the Wuhan shuffle.
