Luke and Jane are interrogated by Clem and the other members of the group about their affair. This scene takes place during the Birthday party of Luke around the camp fire. All dialogues and choices are included in this video.
I think this is the best scene from season 2, maybe even the entire series. I love how everyone gets to be happy for a while, y'know? It gives everyone there a human nature. The fire and rum gives warmth to everyone, both in the physical and emotional sense. If in this franchise, the survivors are the walking dead, the dead were reanimated, for a short time. In just a few hours, all the camaraderie from this time will be washed away in a frozen lake. The survivors, for once in a long time, are given the chance to be human.
sofi butter I m not going to say that I like that, but I can't blame Jane... Raising a kid in real life is hard enough, but in this world full of walkers? I'm surprised AJ made it, and that is only because of Clem! Thank you for the effort though ;)
Clem: *I know what your guys are talking about* Everyone: hum...do...you? Clem: *you are talking about kiss each others* Luke and Bonnie: yeah...Sure...hehe you gotta us, now let's don't talk about it anymore ok? *never*
@@hoy5570 I was mainly referring to whenever a heartwarming scene happens or something funny happens, it always follows up with the death of a character or worse. But yes, it does take a while for a main character to die.
“I know... I was just... in darkness... and you showed up... with some light... but I thought I needed to stay there a little longer... when I should’ve went with you” I stg Kenny has some of the best lines of dialogue in video games ever Edit: 27:53
If I were to bring anyone else from the dead, it would be Luke bc he was like a brother figure to Clem and cared for her like if she was his sister. I know some of you are saying “wth! I would bring back lee!” But I think Lee’s death made Clem stronger and Ik Lee could have taught more to Clem if he survived but he taught enough for Clem. Especially how to say goodbye.
This little fire group chat had really made me question why the developers just let Luke die in the worst way, Bonnie and mike to just say “aiight imma head out!” Then Kenny and Jane.
26:03 What a loving and gentle example of boundary setting. Kenny cares about her, but he's not her father and she's not his kid. "You're not my dad, you're my friend" She clearly cares about him, but won't let him make her do/not do things. It's a really nice bit of dialogue and I wanted to appreciate that.
@@srinivasanbalaji4867 even then, he's never her father figure. He's more interested in fathering AJ. Notice how even when she talks about Kenny in s4, she never talks about him like she does Lee?
Man, Kenny might act like a leader keeping everyone safe and Jane may be one of the smartest survivors that we’ve come across, but Luke is definitely the one keeping the group together
Jane, the smartest? I'm calling cap. On more than one occasion, she nearly got everyone killed. Sleeping with Luke, putting AJ in the car knowing Kenny would break, which could directly lead to her death.
What’s really sad is that I don’t even think Luke knows for sure the night of the fire even is his birthday. He says at one point “definitely one of these days”, like he isn’t totally sure. He might not have even made it it to his 27th
@@muboadetula9073 i think it would depend on the choice of the player whether they shot lee or not, if they didn't then they would come back to lee as a walker but if they shot lee then he would just be sitting there, which is probably sadder than lee as a walker:(
He's still Christian, his dialogue basically still shows it. Him wanting to believe he'll meet his family after death isn't him necessarily denying the afterlife its him doubting going to heaven in general which is something self reflecting Christians do a lot. Kenny is obviously very dogmatic in his beliefs, him being unhinged is another discussion.
Don't know what's the big deal with them tripping off cause they smashed loll but its messed up that they left their post just to do that and caused everyone to be in danger so I can understand, great video as always baby
Coming this summer... Luke and Jane’s Wild Adventure! We have Luke... oh wait... he drowned... w-well at least we have Jane? What?! Did she get killed by Kenny or hung herself?! What do you mean you don’t know?!
I really miss luke and even if Bonnie betrayed us depending on ur choices I still like her but because there's an option of her dying she didn't come back but I wish there no option for that so she could live and I wanted alivin and Rebecca to live
It didn't take me long enough to figure out what the conversation was about, it was even confirmed in season 3 where jane tested positive in her pregnancy test, Luke was truly a "simp" after that
I love how Kenny has no problem with caving in some dudes skull with a crowbar in front of Clem, but has problems with her taking a sip of wine. Gotta love Kenny.
