I feel kinda bad for Sarah... at the motel she didn’t want to really live anymore, she was traumatized. And now calling out for help, I can see how bad she wants to live.
What y’all expect first she saw her dad get shot and torn apart and I’m pretty sure she has ptsd or anxiety issues so technically it isn’t all her fault
@@user-pv8vq7bt7c true but if i give you a chance to survive and you just stay there, i dont care what mental state youre going through you gonna die. im pretty sure niggas with PTSD would even find a way to get up rather someone pushing the thing off of them. Sarah was too selfish.
@@RapitsokoolBeats I know this was earlier but what would you do after seeing ur parent get shot and torn apart but like people say that Carlos was the reason she died and that’s basically true because she was never shown how to survive so it isn’t rlly her fault
@@user-pv8vq7bt7c i mean in that situation im thinking its an apocalypse it was a chance it could happen so im good but Carlos did baby her and in the long run it did fail so it was Carlos fault but she was the person who acted on Carlos' training so it was still her fault by default
Sarah was a load of missed potential, and I really wish she could have lived longer. I honestly liked her; she seemed like a very interesting and kind character with issues she could have overcome later on, but she dies before she can make any progress at all. She couldn’t even get a mercy kill like Ben, who ended up in a similar situation, so that makes me feel even more sorry for her. Hearing her scream for Clementine and her dad before being mauled like that, it was just too cruel for an innocent girl like her. RIP Sarah, you will be missed (by me, at least)
Schuyler Castillo you do have a point if telling her that her dad wanted her to live was a certain option then Sarah would have a lot of confidence and would make it to season 4
@@trollytrey3461 It is just a bug I guess. A few moments later, when the deck collapses, you can see Sarah laying on the ground for less than a second before the whole deck collapses on her.
@@depressed_osu_ftball_fan8409 Truth be told it was her dads fault for her turning out the way she did, he babied her way too much in my personal opinion.
14:05 Kenny’s reaction to knowing that AJ was alive is so wholesome 🥺 He just wanted to be a father and never got that chance, so seeing this must’ve made him feel better..
If deck wasn't completely collapsed, why only one Jane decided to jump? They could help Sarah together with someone else. And "Watch out" option turned out to be so useless.
Two people fighting off walkers, one pushing the deck up, one pulling Sarah out and then they all quickly get back up. Wouldn't have been impossible, but the game doesn't like giving your choices. Saving Sarah? Lol, you wish.
It's like the writers just wanted her gone no matter WHAT. That piece of wood that just ever so conveniently dropped right onto Jane at 9:40 really gave me MASSIVE "no, she dies because we say so" energy. 💀 probably for the sole purpose of making you feel like shit afterwards.
@@user-jn5ui5xs8y doubt they would have kept her for long even if they liked her. They wrote off the treacherous trio due to there being too many characters left alive. In an earlier draft she would have ran into the snow and would be unknown.
I find it really funny that when they agree to drop the deck, if you dont do amything, Luke just stands there and stomps it while the rest just walk around and do nothing
Jane mentioned in episode 5 that her previous group all went to help a guy who was surrounded by walkers and none of them made it out alive except the guy until it was found out that the guy got bit so thats probably why
Person they should’ve at least shot sarah so she didn’t have to suffer if their dumbasses are smart enough to start shooting the walkers coming towards her
It was only at the end of the game, when it became clear that all the characters were inevitably going to die, Sarah, Luke, Nick...that I realised that I had tried so hard to please and look after everyone that there was no point in doing so.
I really never liked Sarah at all , to me she was holding back the team a lot and Jane and Luke was smashing lol couldn't really blame them tho, gotta get a last something something before they died lol great video as always baby
@@fivenightsatwhiskersfnaw2132 well I can respect your liking for her but to me she was just pissing me off and to me like the game wanted to kill her cause there were so many options for her to die lol
Do you know the feeling of letting a team down? Sarah was in that position, its life or death. It's not easy, especially if you try your best meeting people's expectations.
Just imagine being left... All alone in this zombie apocalypse. And being slowly eaten in a slow, painful, horrible death... It wouldn't be good. Just imagine being unable to save your friend, or even family! I don't know if the zombie apocalypse actually will happen, but you need to be smart... Unless... Bad things will happen...
@@krasherz9814 It's pretty normal to have a relationship with your cousin, they badly have your blood. I know a couple of cousins which are married here.
sarah's death (in either the motel or the deck) is kinda traumatizing. her screams are terrifying, and her begging for carlos shatters my heart every time. it's so sad, since she was so naive, dying in such a gruesome and tortuous way
Any time you have an option to kill someone or leave them to die, they always end up dead or gone a short while later anyway, before they can do anything that impacts the story. Nick. Sarah. Kenny. Jane, et cetera. It would be too much work for the devs to write so many different paths I guess.
Wow... This has been a thing for years, but it took until now for me to learn that there's a section where you hang back with Kenny and Rebecca when the baby is on the way. I always thought if you chose to stay and help them, Kenny would just tell you to help outside immediately after, so I never thought this section would happen. I've seen almost every (I say almost because of moments like this) possible choice and path in the walking dead games, but yet this is completely new to me. I like it.
i just feel like the walking dead very frequently underestimates when killing ALL of the zombies is a viable option. theres lots of ammo out there and you can make more ammo (at least for a shotgun) with pretty insanely primitive equipment and materials.
i'd say mike was kind of a jerk but still had some sense of bravery and resourcefulness like blowing up the cabin after the wendigos infested it. and emily was a bitch, but she is actually one of the more smart and tactical ones of the bunch, and got shit done; i'd even say emily was more useful than ashley.
i love to thing that Clementine and Sarah were great examples of parallelism. Sarah was weak because she was sheltered from the world around her, while Clementine was exposed to it early on. Sarah is a great example to what could have potentially happened to clementine IF her parents hadn't gone on that trip to Savannah. Clem being a little girl and all, i wouldn't be surprised if her parents decided to shelter her the same way Carlos did to Sarah which would ultimately lead to her untimely demise. Sarah COULD HAVE been what Clementine was, if Carlos never did what he did, but he thought his daughter shouldn't have needed to see what the world was like, hence becoming weak and clueless about her surroundings and overall her new way of life, and Clementine could have been the exact same way if Lee or her parents had decided to keep her sheltered. See, Lee had only been with Clementine for only 5 months max, but he was impactful on her which is how she's even still alive, whereas Carlos had been with Sarah for almost 3 years and never tried to teach her about survival or made any major impact on her way of living. Lee's few months with Clementine and he taught her more than Carlos ever did with his 2 1/2 years with his own daughter and that says something. Carlos was incompetent when it came to his own daughters safety and how she was was going to survive, which is why Sarah looked to Clementine to teach her. Sarah knew that Clementine was taught about surviving, and wanted to try and do the same, but was ultimately useless when it came down to dire situations. She was weak because she didn't change, whilst Clementine was strong because she learned how to grow up
Right! In season 1 (i saved Carley) episode 3 where they were out of the rev arguing, I defended Carley and it said she will remember that. Dies 10 seconds later
