Wonderful to find Shar on youtube. She looks fresh and her patterns have always been logical and easy to follow. The many finished and beautiful quilts are all-inspiring! thanks shar.
I was browsing on a quilt group and I happened to stumble on this block. As soon as I found out the name of it I thought of seeing if I could find out more about it. Thank you so much for publishing this video to take the confusion out of it. Time to buy the pattern and templates if they are still available.
Caryanne Because this pattern has such gentle curve it is great for the quilter that hasn't ever done curves before. I don't use the glue stick for this pattern because the seams are pressed open. I recommend using the Clover glass head pins because I get the best accuracy with them. Hope to see a photo when you are finished.
I luv this pattern u have been so clear and precise with this video and your book is easy and clear. you helped me look like I know what I'm doing lol. thanks SOOOO much char. u are so great
Thank you so very much. I have had the Cleopatra's Fan on my bucket list for over 24 years. I feel very confidant in that with your book, tools and this great instructional video I will be successful in my own quilt. BTW I am not normally a pinner, just started glue basting a year or so ago, however, I have my fine pins from when I did fashion sewing. I never throw any sewing notion away. thanks again I have subscribed to your channel and will go see what other inspiration I can find.
Thank you so much for every think and i hope that one day became A veteran quilter like you. why do'n use Curve Master 1/4" Presser Foot to sewing without pins
Здравствуйте. Очень понравился ваш блок и видео урок. Большое спасибо.Очень жаль что для Российской аудитории нет возможности заказать вашу книгу и купить шаблоны для шитья.
I was just browsing your web site and couldn't find the templates that you are using in this video... not even after searching for Cleopatra's Fan templates. Where can I get them?
Why, when I asked for Inklingo did I get this, I do not want to use acrylic templates, Linda Franz's inklingo method of printing the pattern on the reverse of the fabric and using the printed guidelines is so much better than this
