@@trevynfrazier364 My brother pulled up to my house so we could listen to the bottom of the 10th on 1100am in the car. Took about 90 minutes but damn it was worth it!!! Btw I'm 30 minutes east of Indianapolis. It's amazing how well that station comes in from 300 or so miles away.
@@mitchellrhodes270 shows that there’s no correlation between payroll and record. If you’re gonna analyze baseball, don’t be lazy and say a team won’t be good just because of payroll. The guardians have finished at least .500 every season Francona manages the entire season. I don’t see how people thought the team would be bad when they are loaded with consistent pitching. That’s always been their strategy. Consistent pitching
@@beastier86 Money dude, money. It's all about the money. You can have the codes all you want but where there is money a code won't matter. I am a true Cleveland fan. So much so, that I could care less about them now. They aren't the same, screw them.
As a Cleveland INDIANS fan I can day compared to way the club used to be managed was weird. They'd develop the studs but never sign them However we now have Jose for 7 years clase, straw and Jimenez we got for 5 years. They're actually nailing down their crucials which is a breath of fresh air in Cleveland I tell u especially as a fan
.5 back of best record in baseball with 1/3 the season done. Yeah, this aged very well. On pace for over 100 wins and moving up the list for WS favorites.
They've managed to flip the narrative for the first month of the season. The hitting has been way better than expected, they just can't pitch. Maybe it was the shortened spring, but Bieber just hasn't been himself, and Civale still hasn't recovered from that finger injury from last year. He needs to be taken out of the rotation for a while before his ERA balloons up over 10.
spending money isnt the only options orgs have. developing talent matters. and the guards are one of the best. sure the padres can hand out 300mill deals like candy but nothing means more than a homegrown team who went almost as far. i remember listening to this projection when it aired and knew they were completely ignorant to what was gonna happen.
The Mets spend money every year. And still they struggle every year. Look at Francisco Lindor contract, I bet the organization would love to renegotiate that contract. Go Guardians

I don’t know why we have a GM. He gets paid to to not pay anyone. People are getting too caught up in the name change and are forgetting how big of a stooge our owner is. The dolans don’t belong on sports. Enjoy Jose these last 2 years we already know he’s not getting an extension. If they win 76 games this year I will be ecstatic. This is Major League happening in real life
