Slapped some of the new generation of Click 'n' Ride blinkers on the 500. Just the new type sockets and using the old style LED lights with them as they're backward compatible. Had a few minor snags but happy with the end result.

Awesome mate! Might have to invest in a set of those. I can't keep indicators on my bike for more than a few rides.....

Bit expensive but worth it man. Trust me on this tho, don't forget to take em out when ya hit the trails. I know from experience they don't last long when getting knocked around. For on the roads only :-) Cheers Joe.

These look awesome!! You can get a flash adjuster box instead of resistors, which if your trying to save watts is definitely the better way to go. Also no wire cutting all you do is take out original flasher unit and replace with the new one. You can literally get the flasher boxes for a couple of dollars and they just replace the original flasher unit and slow down the flash.

Why not cut the rear guard to allow the rubber seal to fit? :-)

Very true! But the blinkers don't get used as much. Hardly ever really, but at least having the sockets there looks like I'm making an effort 😁 Thanks for the comment 🤙

No idea mate they're fairly universal though I'm sure they could be made to work on most bikes

Mate I spent hrs today installing mine on my KTM 350. I had to remote mount my resistors to make them fit. But both lights flashed. Tried heaps of different ways. How do you have yours wired in.

Same as what's in the vid, just inline under the rear fender. I only have LEDs on the rear of the bike tho, stockers on the front, that might make a difference. I saw a vid recently of that happening on a DRZ all 4 were blinking with all 4 being LED, they had to do something with the blinker light on the dash.

@@MVDBR on the 21 model you don't have a full inner fender guard to use. it has channels. so if I plug them straight in they work but I have no where to place the resistors. so I have to remote them. no big deal. but the brown earth wire all merges into one and does weird shit further down the loom. ill let ya know how we sort it soon as I have a sparky on the way.

Can't ya just replace the flasher unit with an LED one instead of using resistors? I don't know much about the electricity witchcraft. Good luck with it!

Ok all sorted We replaced all of the indicators with the click and ride. You only need one pair (one resistor for each side of bike). Other than that was earth issue. May or may not have had to many rums
