You folks play some awesome music together. I love the sounds when you have a bunch of talent together. I wish I can be there when festival is happening. Great music!
This is such a magical event. I like that at the start you managed to audio capture the moment between 7-7:15am where there is a break from fiddle music as the all-nighters to go bed and the early-risers wake up :)

@@tribchb Great traditional gospel song with many fine versions. I learned it 40 years ago from National Geographic LP of Ozark Music. (I can't find it on youtube). That version, the one I prefer, is "regular" without the long drawn-out notes. But, I like all the versions I have heard.
I shoot with Sony PXW-X70 cameras. I also use a Rode Video Pro (boom) mic. Rather than trust the Sony audio (built into the camera), I use an old school Beachtek 2 channel mixer. The camera is far from perfect (slow/inaccurate zoom, wonky audio, twitchy ND auto filter), it does have some upsides (good in low light, sharp image, decent color for the price). So I've learned what I can accommodate to get what I'm after. Thanks for noticing! Craig
That's Hard Drive, with Tatiana Hargreaves, Aaron Tacke, Sonya Badigian, and Nokosee Fields. Their album just came out recently, and is available at hard-drive.bandcamp.com/
i stopped in for this festival. Sadly all the musicians i tried to speak to or jam with were so stuck up and arrogant. I have 4 gold records and i would never treat anyone like that. These folks have nothing to back their arrogance
Banjo Miner, I'm sorry you had such a poor reception. Please don't hold the whole community responsible for your admittedly disappointing first impression. I'd be happy to answer any questions or make up for what you were seeking. The whole community is a bunch of seekers. That's why I'm surprised you weren't given a warmer welcome. Peace.
Banjominer.., a lot of musicians have 3 hands, 2hands for playing their instrument, and 1hand to give themselves a clap on their own back..They can be their own best fan..
