You can sing up for this new RU-vid premium thing there, or you get on your Computer and search a converter page (i prefer convert2mp3.com) where you can convert the video into mp3 (audio) and mp4 (your typical video) for free by copying the link of the video on to the site and then just download it there. Or you can probably also go to the World Bank webpage and find it there.
