Climbing Into The Clouds For A Solo Night At Lingy Hut Bothy 

I would start my week long adventure up in the Lake District by staying at Lingy Hut Bothy.
Located in the quieter northern fells of the national park, I enjoyed a brilliant hike up to the bothy along a stunning valley and up past tumbling waterfalls and an abandoned mine.
By the time I reached Lingy Hut, the clouds had well and truly swallowed myself and the building whole. There was no view at all!
A great night was had inside the bothy, where I enjoyed plenty of booze, food and a great book.
