Donald Sterling was the worst owner in NBA history. I lived in LA during the 90's and he just trashed the team. They would get/develop really good players and he would just screw them and then trade them. No GM or Coach of the Clippers could keep him from wreaking havoc. He just wanted to own the Clippers for a tax write off.
