Intersting. Seems like there two ways companies use to make watch case. Rolex and Tudor promo show them starting by pressing the shape and then final machining. This company is start fron a raw metal block and millinig it from start to finsh.
@@nrm4754Company is not a big deal. the ISO standard materials, accuracy and swiss internals make it mil grade. tried n tested made to military specs, a watch thats like the AR-15 of watches, cheap enough thats why they have them in the UK Forces

@@billpiehler9010 yes and no, depends on the material, the tool and material can get so hot that coolant will harden the material and break the tool. whean i cut ss 2172 i go with air instead the tool usually lasts about 2/3 longer that way.

What is ap: and ae: ? n: is obviously spindle speed in rpm, Vf: is obvious the feed rate/velocity in mm per minute, and the tool size and type at the bottom. I assume ae: is the height/depth between each cut layer? Is this correct? Also what is ap: ?
Nice job; How much cost? counting the price of the machine,its tools,the engineer's time to design and program it etc and is i worth it,when you can buy a + or - 25 seconds a year precision quartz watch with a 5 to 10 year battery for under 50 bucks?
Good CNC program, but why don't we make it through Stainless steel Powder compaction. we can make net to the shape without wasting 60% of Raw material.
Some silver 925. Watch cases are completely made without CNC and are handmade from scratch with just file's and a jewelers Saw,I believe pieces made the old school way are ,way better for a one of a kind touch that modern machinery just doesn't have .. if ya' gonna rock a watch Why buy one the next guy can buy ,make your own working with a skilled watch Maker,and have something that can be handed down to your grandkids with pride ,a family heirloom type of piece,... Nothing against mass production,but I subtract originality points for stainless steel... It's not even a semi-precious metal 🤣😂😂🤷🏼♂️,and I don't care what Rolex people say about It's perceived value.. at the end of the conversation it's still the same metal that's in my barbecue grill 🤣🤣😂😂😂😂😂💀🤦🏼♂️.
