In this week's SpeedWOD, we are tackling how to apply efficient force into the ground to improve acceleration. Without getting too much into hip/ankle mobility or glute strength... the SHIN ANGLE of your lead leg is an easy way to determine if your first 3 strides are as efficient as possible. Pro Tip: Audit your overall body position before you begin your speed reps.

1/2 Kneeling Starts 5x10yds
This is a great drill to incorporate at the beginning of your speed work or before a lower body lift.
