The best coconut water is the fresh ones we used to grab off the tree back home in the Caribbean. My store bought favorite is Vita Coco, the original and the one with pineapple. 🌴🥥 🍍 🤍🤎💛💚
I can attest it. I felt thirsty, stressed, and noticed a pimple on my face. Drank one glass of coconut water with squeezed lemon juice and went to bed. Woke up to clear skin, a clear mind, and a sincere sense of rejuvenation! Not going back to the toxic stuff anymore! Coconut is the way! Lol!

I bought it today to see if it would relieve my migraine. Pain killers helped a bit, went for a walk to see if fresh air would help, tried sipping on a bit of coffee but it’s still lingering. Hopefully this works!

I often don't drink much water, but if i open a container of this, i will just suck down the whole thing. My body LOVES this stuff!! And i realize that i must have been much more dehydrated than i thought i was.
I drink so much coconut water and coconut milk growing up. We use coconut milk in everything like how Americans use milk in everything. And the original chocolate milk use coconut milk, how I know well we invented it in Jamaica, the British took it and profit off it and never so much as acknowledged us. We use cocoa beans, beat it into a pulp (chocolate) add coconut milk and make a delicious drink that reduces anxiety and stress. The one you buy at the store has no coconut milk and probably only a minuscule amount of chocolate in it.
I'm 14 and i have my own schedule, that includes: foods and workouts. Water and coconut water are the golden ingredients, as they have many benefits. Our bodies are made out of a lot of liquid, it comes to no surprise that this is so benefitial. Healthier organs, nutrients in our blood get ttansported better, better intestine absorption.✌

Drink it all the time. Keep it in my refrig. It tastes even better when it's cold. My nephew a semi-pro bicycle rider told myself & sister it was great for dehydration. He was right!! I depend on it and live it

If I'm not mistaken, the coconut water held up in the video, has been pasteurized and commercially packaged..... what in the pasteurization process diminish the health qualities of the coconut water?.... and even aside from the pasteurization process I think that there would be some additives in it to keep it from spoiling in to maintain its shelf life?.... maybe you can Enlighten us on the pros and the cons a drinking commercialized coconut water
🙌🏾🙌🏾 I drank coconut water straight from the coconut--Just had a few sips in a glass, and felt great--it immediately gave me a bowel movement.(sorry if TMI) I was so impressed I drank the a whole cup the next night-- but this time I experienced cramping in feet and calf. Is this from over consumption? Too much potassium? Thanks.

I recommend getting it straight from the coconut itself. The health benefits diminish a lot if you drink it from a bottle. I’ve tried drinking from the bottle when i got a sore throat and it would help relieve it a little bit but the sore throat was still there. When i drank from a fresh coconut, my sore throat cleared up instantly. The taste and the benefits don’t even compare.

Great for lowering blood pressure naturally because of the magnesium and potassium content. But be careful not to drink too much if taking prescriptions to lower blood pressure because the combination of the medication and the coconut water could lower blood pressure too much.

We just recently got some from Trader Joe's that contained Yuzu, don't know what that is, but we still drank it. I couldn't believe the effects & they were practically immediate. I didn't know there were health benefits to coconut water, but I could tell a difference after a little while - I kept wondering what was I doing differently than usual & realized, I wasn't doing anything different, except drinking the apple juice that I had put some coconut water in. When I realized that was the difference, I become hooked & obsessed & ever so grateful that we got it just bcuz it looked interesting. I did some research, then proceeded to profess that "WE NEED TO STOCK UP ON COCONUT WATER". And here was the kicker for me... I have ALWAYS hated coconut, but the water from it is not so bad.
i remember when i fixed my gut during ramadan at iftar i was drinking alot of coconut water to keep hydrated.... i think thats what fixed my gut somehow im guessing because of the anti everything properties

Coconut water gives me an instant headache that lasts for days or a week. I wish I could like it or drink it but for some reason, I have a hard time. Any thoughts or suggestions on why it may be happening or how to replace it
@@AskDebbieAboutHair I'm definitely not allergic to it because I eat it fine and can even drink items with coconut milk with no problem....I don't know why I have such a problem with coconut water. Well, maybe it is the brand that I tried. I'll change it up and keep my fingers crossed that that helps because I'd love a healthier alternative to hydrates better than water and adds electrolytes back to my diet. Thank you for your ideas. Glad mom is better, l drank that fresh daily growing up in Honduras, it's the best natural water on earth and Coconut Sugar is great as well bc it's low glycemic sugar. Thx beautiful lady.
