John .Carmack Definetly not the best zombies. that one belongs to Waw simply because of custom zombies and the fact that u can just download the black ops zombie maps for it on custom zombies. theres No more point in prestiging, no one cares about it, was only good in mw1 because it got ruined by hackers.

I fuckin' hated this CoD. Maps were shit, Only ONE good Map. Weapons were shit. I hated the Single Player too. The only Missions of Single Player I liked were the one where you play as Reznov back in WW2, and Escaping Vorkuta. Every other Mission was shit.

The story is what just ruined it for me. Bringing the game into the future was a horrible decision and broke down a surprisingly competent story in the first Black Ops. Then just how they ruined the cool characters from Black Ops 1, Hudson's character was completely changed in addition to his voice actor (should've just been a new character) and Mason and Woods weren't featured enough. Overall super disappointing campaign.

Yeah, historical settings are most fit for this franchise. For me, MW is just MW, ghosts is just ghosts, AW is just AW. Black ops 2, well at least it has some cold war in the singleplayer. The WW2 ones and this are the true Call of Duty.

I don't know...definitely in the top 3, but Hans Zimmer's songs in MW2 are instant classics imo. You can listen to those pieces and just get this epic feeling even if you've never played the game. I feel like this song gets a lot of its epicness (I KNOW it's not a word, but I can't think of any other word to describe it) from the nostalgia factor. Just listening to it takes me back to all those epic moments in BO1, which makes it a little hard to judge the music for what it is. Although 0:30 - 1:06 is just amazing, without a shadow of a doubt.
