Ey up our lad our goer Keef, nowt like a bit of posh nosh, eh? Cod en papillote sounds dead fancy, but if it means my fish steams in its own juices and turns out reyt tasty, I'm all for it. Bet that lemon and caper sauce is a proper game-changer too. Nice one, Keef!

That looks so simple that I think even I could make it. Love the envelopes. If you used aluminum foil, I bet it would be good to use cooking spray so the fish wouldn't stick to the foil. But why do that when the parchment paper worked so well. Another great recipe to try. Thanks, Keef!

I love food like this. Clean simple flavours and has everything you need. Salt, fat, acid and sweetness. I also like the fact you included some boiled spuds. A well cooked and properly seasoned boiled spud is as good as any other form of potato and it's a hill I will die on! Delicious as always Keef mate

Fish for tea for me today. Home made fish and chips, more precisely big pish pakoras and chips. I like trout and summer veg en papillote. I don't live too far from a trout farm and there's nice fella brings it to the market.
