Cody & Satori - Debunked 

This made me feel better because I wanted so badly to believe it but a few things they said just made me tilt my head like that’s not… right. I’ll always believe in the paranormal though. One thing that just doesn’t sit right with me about the whole thing; is manipulating emotions out of people using their loved ones that passed away.

This sound almost EXACTLY like the knocks we hear with satori and Cody. Plus, everyone’s second argument for this is, “how come the knocks make footsteps up and down the stairs?” You showed the volume up and down, plus, a hand of suggestion which satori does so often is powerful. Everything the “spirits” say are vague and easily researchable. Proven videos of Cody at a young age having the knocks occur in the same sound, yet cody and satori claim it started happening when they first met? Until we see them take OFF their shoes, which they deflected when Sam and Colby asked, their method is so easily faked. I’m a believer is ghosts and spirits too, but what Cody and satori are doing is not genuine and fooling many.

The whole conjuring house series made me less of a believer to be honest…they hardly did any real investigating because their main focus was Cody and Satori and when they were alone, they got a bunch of random things on their devices that didn’t really amount to much…Sam having a panic attack in the basement isn’t evidence to me lol

Sam & Colby should ask Satori & Cody to wear NO shoes next time ...

A few things to point out… The part where they change shoes at the park… if you notice when Colby looks down and zooms in on their feet, Satori slides her foot forward to block Cody’s right foot, which is suspicious when she knows Colby is specifically filming their feet to see if there’s movement. I also noticed that his right foot, the one she blocked, it’s almost always on the side where a wall is, furthest from the camera and obstructed by his left foot. Also, someone mentioned how the sound of the walking traveled around the room… I’m was thinking… remember in I think the first or second episode where you could hear an echo of Colby’s voice, to Colby it sounded like it was to his side, but to everyone else it sounded like it was coming from behind them??? I was thinking, could there be some hidden sound system that makes sounds appear to be coming from different directions and it just so happened that Colby’s mic was interfering with it and causing an echo? The owners said they don’t have a sound system, but obviously they’re going to say that. In one of the videos they mention how a section of the basement was closed off and there’s a locked door there now which wasn’t there before, I’m wondering what’s back there, or who’s back there & also what other construction was done to the house that could hide machinery to make sounds. I remember Sam and Colby saying it’s an old house and they would never build anything because of that… but clearly they DID build something, because they closed off and locked a section of the basement. Also, I found all the info mentioned for Sam online in about a minute… Colby took a bit longer, but I eventually found all the info mentioned for him online too.

The weird thing is that no matter wear they are, on wood or gravel, the popping sound is exactly the same… like wouldn’t someone tapping on gravel sound different to tapping on wood

The biggest red flag for me was when they said that Abigail Arnold said “Okay” - a very modern phrase that I just don’t think someone of her era would say

I have been very skeptical of Cody and satori since the beginning but I wasn’t sure how they would’ve created those loud and consistent/fast knocking sounds without creating any visible movement in their legs/feet lmao The only way Id believe them at this point is if they’d take off their shoes, blindfolded themselves, wore noise canceling headphones and have the spirit do something like the card game sam and Colby wanted to do lmao.. but that won’t ever happen

The fact that they haven't tested it bare feet or with just flip flops instead, made it suspicions to me. Also the questions they asked to the those from the afterlife were also too simple and same goes to the answers received.

More people need to see this! It's scary that they are able to scam so many people.

But what I’m confused about is people that were there WITH everyone, they said the sounds of the tapping were actually all over the house not just in one spot, and they could FEEL the footsteps moving around. That’s my only thing

Good job on showing how this is done. I too agree that the reaction by Sam and Colby were genuine and that they were conned by Cody and Satori. I mean for Cody not wanting to remove his shoes PERIOD should have been a big red flag for Sam and Colby.

This is a good debunking. The only question i have still on Satori and Codys side is if you watched the videos with headphones, you could tell the knocking move around, and also it sounded like the material they were standing on. Thoughts on that?

quick question Sam and Colby made a video on this idea on their react channel and at 5:11 Sam says that he put vibration detectors next to cody and satori's feet and that no vibration was detected during their knocking method. Wouldn't a vibration be detected if cody was making the knocking sound with his toe?

another thing is cody and satori’s story. they claim to have discovered this “gift” at the same time on accident and it only works when they hold eachother. there are videos from 11 years ago of just cody doing the same thing WITHOUT SATORI. he has been conning for years.

So according to them this didn’t happen til they met in 2018 and after Cody’s near death experience but 11 years ago Cody was in a video reciting the alphabet to knocking noises by himself. if you re-watch the moments in sam and colbys video make sure you close your eyes, might help (past the sound) to tell if it really is coming from a different direction or not.

In the video Surviving A Week At The Conjuring House PT 2 : THE WOODS at the 35:00 minute marker Satori clearly says “Well I’m glad that we can excite you by holding hands and making knocking.” However right after she says knocking I’m certain she says the word noise. So in its full it would be “Well I’m glad that we can excite you by holding hands and making knocking noise.” I listened to the 35:00 minute marker over and over again at normal and slowed down speeds just to make sure “noise” is the exact word I’m hearing. I’m very certain she says noise. Was this her accidentally admitting that they’re the ones making the noise? I haven’t seen anyone else point this out. Not saying no one hasn’t I just haven’t come across anyone else mentioning it.

That does not make the same sound and how did the noises move around different locations rather than being localised just at the foot? I'm sure sam and colby would have realised if it is coming from joint clicking as they were trying to localise the sound.

I noticed when they were outside she had to put her left foot up against his right foot probably so she could feel the thumps because it was too hard to hear. That’s why he kind of started speaking up for her at one point in the park.

dude Cody and Satori noises can move in distance like a fkin Dolby Atmos, i kid you not go wear a quality headphone and listen to them again, it can even sound like wood or cement and i also recall them doing it while sitting on a couch without touching the ground can you reproduce that? guess not i already seen people gradually reducing their noise level pretending its moving further away, but nope still static and didnt convince me, its completely different.

I mean you are wearing boots, I feel like this would be hard to do in padded slippers like Cody and Satori were doing. Also this explains the sound changing volume but doesn’t explain the sound moving around. Also in the most recent video Cody’s feet were at an angle while sitting in a chair which makes it seem a lot harder to do the toe thing. This also doesn’t explain the fact that they can get the spirits to interact with equipment almost on command. Satori has done it without shoes but I would definitely like to see both of them shoeless before coming to a final decision.

They have a duty to track the source of the sound that the couple are making, they never once tried to track where the sound was coming from because it was coming from the couple the whole time. if they were legit , they would have acknowledged where the sound was coming from

I'm pretty sure that Sam and Colby did debunk that theory by having them wear slippers outside. You should check into it.

They were filmed at the Conjuring house barefoot and still can't explain how the sounds moves around them. Seen them and heard the knocks in person and sound changes on different surfaces which if was the foot or toe would have a universal sound.

Okay for anyone wondering. I can do this and not everyone can. It is very tiring on the foot and the noise doesn’t change noise like when Cody and satari join together. This is a very good concept I will have to say but in the video you see Colby bring the camera around almost following the noise it would only get louder near their feet if this video was true

Thanks for the obvious. Well, at least a plausible explanation that escaped the attention of others. Jason, Satori's daddy, got way bent out of shape because of how rude and cruel people were being toward her and Cody while hiding behind a computer. Jason doesn't think anyone has the right to rudely and cruelly call out people who prey upon the distress of those who miss their loved ones. It escapes him that it is rude and cruel to take advantage of people's vulnerabilities and longing to connect to their loved ones. That's what makes people mean toward his daughter and Cody.

This wouldn’t explain the physical vibrations and the fact that they felt the knocks in different places each time. How would they know the names of their families, how they would know personal and intricate details of one’s family? The toes make sense but knowing personal details like that doesn’t, and you could hear the knocks going away and coming back

Just wondering how Cody and Satori knew some of the secret things about those who had "communications". I am going to try to see if this info is readily available - like on social media, people search, ancestry sites, find-a-grave, etc. They all said it was info no one knew, so let's see if that's true.

Not that I'm saying everything they did was legitimate, but they did it barefoot and with surround sound, you can clearly hear the knocks moving around the room. Everyone was saying they could physically feel the movement in the floor...

Another option is Cody is a ventriloquist throwing his voice. Imagine beat boxing but throwing your voice. That’s why he sometimes tenses his throat and covers his mouth. The sound can come from the direction his looking. In Seth’s video they are giving hand cues with their fingers. Watch. He lets her know what he is looking for. The sound of knocking is the best distraction for a ventriloquist because you are looking at their feet not their throat. Notice how he is always moving his head.

Are yall like forgetting the fact the knocks were coming from different rooms and they felt vibrations from them? You can literally hear the knocks in the videos (it’s better if you wore headphones) get louder and softer, almost like they are walking away. I went to the theatre to watch the first episode there with the BEST SOUND QUALITY and you heard them all over the place. If they were popping joints, it would be in one place only, that being right where Cody and Satori were standing, and it would’ve easily been debunked.

They are not lying. I have known them longer than and they did keep it secret.

Why does it matter? They aren’t taking money for doing this. I saw them do it on Ghost Nation and on Ghost Hunters years ago. How can we be sure these debunkers aren’t scamming others? If Cody and Satori are faking, who is it hurting? If they aren’t, it’s amazing!!! I for one believe and nothing you show me will change my mind.
