Hey! This Cold Brew camping Coffee is my favourite coffee to have in warmer weather. It's beyond refreshing, is low in acid and tastes divine.

THE RECIPE
Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS:
50g course ground coffee
1 litre cold water
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the coffee grounds to a muslin over a large jar or jug.
Pour over the cold water & stir or squidge to ensure all the grounds are well saturated.
Leave in the fridge overnight (at least 8 hours, max 24 hours)
Remove the muslin bag and store the cold brew coffee in a thermos of bottle and serve on ice.
The CONCENTRATED Recipe
200g coarse ground coffee
1 litre of cold water
Repeat as above, but dilute the resulting cold brew 1 part concentrate to 3 parts cold water, or to suit your taste. Serve on ice.
