Ingredients: MOLD 26 cm (use a smaller one to have a taller cake)
1 Moka for 8 cups of sweetened coffee
250 g Sweet whipping cream
600 g Mascarpone
50-60 g Sugar
1/2 cup of strong coffee diluted with a little water (if you prefer)
