::heehee:: Yeah...totally different outlooks. My IS500 is garage kept and today, it's 31 degrees and blustery out. Neither of us will step foot outside today! 😀
@@TheKingc20 i have a LUNCH edition #444, because my brokeass daydreams about getting one of these while eating a wendy's 4 for 4 during my lunch break 😭
I live in colorado and the weather gets nasty sometimes I seen a m3 going through vail pass when the weather was pretty bad and it look like it was doing fine but don't get me wrong these are rwd if you lose a little bit of control especially if is icy you are done I would use it more as a weekend car rather than a daily driver
I daily a LS430, during the start of winter I was on relatively cheap all seasons, and was able to drive perfectly safely right next to the AWD suv's and trucks. I couldnt take off as quickly, but still made it up steeeeep hills outside my neighborhood with over 6 inches of snow. When i put on some Sottozero 3's, it did amazing. You have to learn how to drive a RWD car in the snow and how to properly control oversteer, but its a lot more fun than a FWD car, and just as safe if you know how to drive.
Get a good set of winter tires and you will be fine. I have driven 1 Lexus and 3 bmw vehicles, all rwd in the snow during all winter without any problems . Quality winter tires makes a huge difference
Simple. Don't hammer on it in the snow. If your rear end starts to slip, let off the gas, keep the wheel pointed where you want to go. The throttle on most Lexus cars is fairly intuitive.
I hate how they still have the toyota bong thats been around since 2006 and is now in every toyota from a stock yaris to the newest most expensive toyota or lexus products. You see it and go oh lexus super luxury, premium and expensive yet bong from a yaris. Just a little thing but takes from the experience.
@@TheKingc20 You should be able to lower the beep volume from the infotainment if it has the function like most new toyotas. Sounds much better at volume 1.
