Coleslaw salad or cabbage salad with carrots and dressing.
It is a garnish made of cabbage and raw carrots, finely chopped, with a sauce at the base with sour cream or mayonnaise.
I have been preparing this salad for many years and this option is to my taste.
And you can personalize it.
If you like it more acidic, add more vinegar.
INGREDIENTS

- 1/2 cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 100g sour cream
- 100g yogurt
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- salt & pepper
