Good job mate. This cop is good bloke that is stuck with the stupid fucking rules. Has to be a dickhead because the system is corrupt. This is the best video I have ever seen with two mates and the stupid rules make them fight.
@@BlakeConnor yep I understand a mate of mine is a cop and when he clocks on he turns into a dick head. I've had a similar situation to this video. You are lucky he was solo when there is two ya got no hope in hell. Lol next time you see the guy out in life he owns the first round for being a dick. 👍
I know how you feel. I get this type of crap from the 12 👮 💂 👲 👳 👴 👵 👤 👥 🚓 🚔 🚎 🚐 🚚 🚛 🚗 🚘 🚣 🚁 ✈ 🚲 ⛵ 🚨 themselves Especially uniformed officers 👮 💂 🚓 🚔 due to my medical condition. What can I do, I suppose. They tell me bullstars dust market though, I usually don't let it bother me much anymore anyways and usually Co operate .
True, most cops are really decent people, and they know exactly how bad this unconstitutional lawless corporate shit show has become , they have to deal with it daily. It started with the War Powers Act 1942 which was accepted by the States as a TEMPORARY measure only, under the threat of a Japanese invasion. Corruption in the High Court at the time was a soft coup against the Australian People. Now we must deal with the legacy... “States not to coin money, nor make anything but gold and silver coin a legal tender in payment of debt.” Chapter V, Clause 115.
And the funny thing is it can happen to any of us. In the middle of nowhere, going about his business, been harassed because some low life hasn't anything better than to report him.
Am I the only one that finds the fact that they're on a first name basis combined with the seriousness of the subject of the conversation oddly hilarious?
I can't stop laughing, this is what Australia needs some great aussie humor. These 2 need to quit there day jobs and start a comedy show. The cop tried hard not to laugh. Great work, bought a smile to my face
Blake - "are you going to pay me the $10,000 to blow into the machine or not" Colin - *visablly sick of blakes shit, pulls the machine away* Blake - "Oh so you're refusing to breath test me now" 😂😂
I love this video, both man stayed civil even in a frustrating situation and no one came to blows. In my Country, I would be beaten to within an inch of my life just for asking for the cops name. This is why I love Australia and its people.
This is literally the best cop I've see in Victoria in the last 2 years. Even though he was still trying to enforce petty rubbish laws, inner city they would have just slammed you to the floor at the 5 minute mark and pulled every charge out of their ass.
Full disclosure given ,nice work Blake, send him an invoice! There is a whole lot of future videos from this! HE AGREED! CONTRACT FORM! TRUST ESTABLISHED!
1. No traffic law in Australia has been correctly enacted in the Queen’s name. 2. No speed detection device being used in Australia has an NSC number which CONFIRMS that it conforms to Section 10 of the National Measurement Act 1960 (Cth). 3. The 1988 Referendum clearly decided that there was NO allowance for the establishment or continuance of local government in Australia. No local government or council has ANY right to issue ANY fines. 4. The Victorian High Court ruling Forge v ASIC clearly states that ALL courts MUST go back to operating in the manner that they did at Federation in 1900. Therefore, you have a RIGHT to request a Chapter III court hearing in accordance with this ruling. 5. Article 15 of the Covenant on Civil and Political Rights states that “…. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time when the criminal offence was committed” therefore court costs cannot be added to a so-called “criminal” traffic fine.
Why does colin suspect Blake was drinking ? Is Blake not capable of driving his bike ? Is the bike missing a steering wheel ? Is Blake's speech slurred ? Still wondering...
@@cybernetic5169 Colin likely has an iq of around 70. The average for Australian police. I'm no genius but a score of 143 & I was rejected at age 19 it was then I knew they weren't interested in solving crime, just being hired thugs for the fuckwits in the governors office.
The further away from the city you are, the more relaxed people are, the more relaxed police are, no one feels pressure or stressed to be forced to do what none one really wants to do.. Its quite simple. Anyone can be an asshole if they are being pressured and treated like shit.
Colin is being so reasonable and patient with Blake it would be such a tough job and although there are some officers who don't do the right thing there are so many great ones like Colin here what a shame he's being treated by such un unreasonable and selfish person.
The police officer should have had his camera on but he does seem like a down-to-earth sort of bloke the sort of person you don't mind dealing with from the police force
@@Iswhatitisssss so everyone who ends up a copper is no good? Some are just grinding for a payslip like the rest of us. not every dog is out to get Youse
You should even get a breathalyser of your own :P "Auditing" cops I feel is stupid when it's confrontational because it stokes the fire of them doing something drastic first. Doing it respectfully is understandable and more than fair game when nothing has been done wrong. I've had minimal encounters with police because I follow the law, but only once or twice in maybe 5-8 dealings in 15 years (usually in high cop likelyhood areas aka late night CBD/pub areas) have I dealt with unreasonable 5-0. Fucken oath they exist as bad cunts when the bad ones see an opening with no eyes. Depends on the place too.
That job is to be as big as an intruder as they can be. Great push back. These interactions are 'statistics' that rural stationed officers use to show they are working.
It’s as bad as the military saying “just following orders!” “Just following orders” is a poor excuse for bad things happening! The people who are in the military need to grow a brain and start thinking instead of following orders blindly! If there’s anyone out there in the military reading these comments I ask you this: if you were ordered to kill an innocent person would you obey that order or would you question it?! If you obeyed that order chances are you’re a psychopath! You’ve got some serious mummy/daddy issues!!
In Australia you are legally required to undergo a breath test as a condition of your licence. The cop saw him riding a motor vehicle. The cop asked him if he wanted to do the test or not. He gave him many opportunities. He's trying to do the right thing by Blake, because otherwise Blake will be required to go to court to explain why his licence shouldn't be revoked. A judge would not be as lenient. The cop is doing the right thing, how is that immoral? Are you a troll?
@@jestertryna8956 It's a $5,000 fine if your mask goes beneath your nose for even half a second. Unless this officer has an exemption from a medical professional he should be arrested and fined. The law is simple mate, it's not rocket science.
Blake this was hilarious 🤣 I almost choked on my coffee 😂I’m glade the respect was there between the two of you’s. there are good & bad cops out the & he was one of them of the good ones & he saw the humour in this. At the end of the day it’s there job to follow orders.
The dence cop has the right to use discretion, but is refusing to do so nor is he open to checking rules. All this covid corruption is showing us who the problem people are & they're all in government jobs.
Collin is good bloke. He didn't want to cause trouble and maybe just give a clean chit to Blake. Wasn't aggressive, wasn't condescending. A good bloke.
You definitely need a farm rego to ride on any road that's not privately owned, you can only apply for one of these if you have some sort of drivers licence to show you know basic road rules. The only difference is you don't need your bike roadworthied, or rec rego worthy(mirrors n shit) All bikes need working headlights
Pretty easy to see when he has it on properly that his glasses keep fogging up! Just shows how useless they are and to be honest the complete stupidity of the rules!!
The role of an officer is to detect offences, in this case here it’s at the officers discretion to either enforce or walk away. The officer if he disagreed personally he shouldn’t have engaged it.
Collin is godly 😂😂😂😂 I love him. Kudos to the gent, he deserves all the sunday roasts and reach arounds for the rest of his days. Legit, would love to smash a couple beers with the bloke. This made me smile during all this covid nonsense. This is the Australia I remember.
