+1 on the air fryer. Billy, you mentioned trying to get healthier in earlier videos. Give air fryer roasted veges a shot. The trick is you need to spray everything down first with a light coating of oil to get things to crisp. Buy an "oil sprayer for cooking" and fill it up with a "healthy" high burn temp oil like olive or avocado oil. Just spray down your veges with your oil and mix in a seasoning like a 6 spice Indian curry blend or lemon-pepper and go to town in the air fryer. Experiment a bit and you'll find some combination of vegetable + spice + air fryer that hits the spot. I think zucchinis and cauliflower suck azz, but for some reason, in an air fryer with a curry blend seasoning, I like'em.
