I've modified a simpler version of The Starry Night by Vincent van Gogh. It's designed for beginners to all levels, no technique prerequisite is needed. Just be patient and follow the instructions step by step and I'm sure you will do just fine :) Enjoy!

@@Skyva101-v1k great question! It’s a reflective light during the night/evening. Just like how ocean surface reflects the color of the sky. The things on land also gets its colors influenced by what’s up in the sky. For this art, it’s the color blue. Also Van Gogh used that color to express his mental struggle and depression. Often in art, the artist can purposely exaggerate the colors more than what we see in real life with our eyes too!
