Will you go over the Red giant pirate's combos? I'm sure to have missed some especially janky ones. I also just came up with a super jank combo with Obeka, Brute Chronologist. Give her a damage aura that only costs tapping her and strap pemmin's aura/freed from the real. spend all your blue mana untapping her while dealing damage using your last blue on leaving her untapped (though make sure to have 2 more mana leftover so if all your blue is on dual lands and signets hold a few back and don't go through all the blue). Then have Isochron scepter and Final Fortune for infinite turns. So now you get infinite turns to tap and untap Obeka to deal damage! You can also abuse cards that deal damage to opponents on your upkeep. Though the only one like that that comes to mind rn is the red Shrine from Kamigawa. Just make sure to have graveyard recycle since it will take actual turns to finish if you don't have an infinite mana generator but the point is to use Obeka's turn end ability to abuse final fortune's infinite turns to do SOMETHING. Good idea to find a card that taps down all your opponent's lands by the time you want to go off on the combo.

you could also equip captain's hook to one of your creatures to make it a pirate

While a little slower, lightning-rig crew can tap to hit all opponents for 1 and is a pirate, if you play another pirate you can untap it and tap again for 3 more treasures. You can also partner with kediss and get 3 treasures on the attack, if you have a curiosity effect you also get 3 cards!

I did not expect to see this guy get a combo. I must say, this is exactly the type of fringe interaction with underplayed cards I play Commander for!

Hot take: I like the uncommons from Commander Legends more than the mythics/rares

those aren't his only combos either! pirates that deal direct damage from tapping and an aura that untaps them for 1 mana like freed from the real goes truly infinite. (one such pirate btw is an Alpha card reprinted into oblivion named Pirate Ship back when blue had direct damage for some reason! I want more blue burn cards dammit!)

I love watching these videos I'll sit and think about janky combos all the time one with malcom i think is pretty janky is heavy arbalest and freed from the reel if you can get both onto malcom or another pirate its infinite damage :)

If you discard a Koz or a Ulamog to shuffle your graveyard back in it is an infinite combo and will kill the table if they don’t have interaction

True for the card draw limitation. The other limiting factor is the treasures, as if you kill one opponent early you'll only earn 2 treasures per trigger, and then only 1 treasure when another opponent dies, and then you'll have to use your excess treasures/mana to continue. I think the best time to combo off with this is when all opponent's are around equal life total.

To get even more artifact synergy and be more budget, I would consider Elixir of Immortality.

Looks like Vial Smasher the Fierce would be the best partner option to get into these colors. I just might put this deck together!

might think in enchant glint-horn buccaneer with curiosity, each damage will make you draw 3 cards refilling your hand :D, you will be able to kill all opponents edit didn't read card, curiosity isn't necessary :D

This could actually work in a real deck! I’ll have to think about a partner commander in red, black, or rakdos that would synergize with the damage vectors, use a lot of mana, and maybe add the card draw.

Only Rakdos partner is Vial Smasher, unfortunately, but it would fit with Malcolm quite well.

Breeches in red can utilize the Mana, as well as temporary card draw in that you can play the top card of each damaged opponents decks after exiling it. So he checks off all your desires except being rakdos, utilizes the damage, utilizes the extra Mana, has atleast temporary card draw, and add a bit of milling into exile.

You actually missed 2 combos with Malcolm! Lighting-Rig Crew (a pirate) and Pirate Ship (also a pirate) combo with Pemmin's Aura or Freed from the Real. For real jank, using Conspiracy effects like you showed with horseshoe crab and an aura that lets you tap it for damage (for sure there's a red enchantment that does it but there's also one in blue! forgot the name though, whoops) goes infinite on all opponents (unless they got cheeky and play leyline of sanctity or some other bs).

Yes man! I was actually looking at Lightning-rig crew too and I thought there was a combo there, but my mind was clearly taking some time off! I even did a video on Pemmin's/Freed from the real. I disappointed I missed them. here...
