@@DrLuke49 I think a lot of it had to do with his upbringing and not being able to have a childhood you know his father forced him into the industry and he became so incredibly famous all he wanted was to have a normal childhood and he kept trying to relive that in the wrong ways. Doesn't justify it but I try to understand why somebody does what they do.

You can't really go by these clips. Katt Williams is a guaranteed rewind, rib hurting laugh, Just look up School Dance and Roast Wanda. Katt is and expert on the dozens kind of comedy. Dave Chappelle is a slightly laid back thought provoking and very well appreciated Stab and Grin. I love them both.
The key difference is that Katt is a great straight comedian, whereas Dave is more of a comedic philosopher, like Richard Pryor and George Carlin. Who you like better is just a style preference.
Do you actually ever watch Dave? Or do you know he's great because you heard it , or read it somewhere? Watch any of his stuff on youtube...do it today. Then watch ANY other black stand up. He's utter crap. Dave ain't great. I'm sick of hearing it.

Katt continues that classic foul language old school black comedy and Dave stand up is more telling a story slowly building coming to a conclusion. Katt will tell ten jokes in the time Dave tells 4, both are top comedians of this generation.

Kat and his fans are more of a preacher and congregation type of relationship. His energy is half of his act, without it, his jokes wouldn't hit the same. That's all besides the fact that he's going through his sets like they're a workout, sweating harder than he does at the gym he never goes to. Dave doesn't need any of that. They're different but Dave is still in a whole other league. 🤷

Katt greatness is in his delivery and energy through, whilst Dave greatness lies in his storytelling ability, he can tell the best jokes, address real life stories in a compelling way hence making you laugh and reflective in the same go..
@@JonnyAppleWeed It’s called a delivery. If you notice, Dave’s funniest one liners tend to be spaced longer so that they sit with you. Katt Williams can make a semi funny joke extremely funny with how he repeats his lines or his outlook on the situation. Both are comedic geniuses. In most cases the delivery is more important than the actual joke.
Dave is ironically and sarcastically funny Katt is naturally and literally funny Dave is obviously the better comedian but katt is better in movies too me

Katt got that delivery. Not so much the jokes. Chapelle has mad his way into being on of the best all around comedians of all time. His writing, delivery, stage presence and command of the crowd are on point. Almost like Eddie or Richard... Almost

Me and mines actually know we're brown and refer as. My children are mixed so I've done my part in ending black, white, and hispanic differences in our future. It sounds good to say end black white, but until you actually do something about it, take action, you're just talking. With that, the courts and laws label me as black. Go speak that to the people who label us. See where that gets you. Call an official and speak eradication of the term or label. Dial 911 and tell them stop referring to suspects as a "black" male. Next time you have a conversation with your friends and family and to describe a man of color they say he/she was black, tell them once they stop that they'll win. Do something in real life. Commenting on a proud moment of black excellence with politics of color on youtube seems educationally silly. If you aren't color blind then its clear no matter what i refer to us as our skin matches and we're winning. Already won, and will continue to win, no matter what situation or condition this world puts us in.

Unfortunately there’s nothing I can go out and do about it. I’m like u, I have children that are mixed with both browns, I’ve just never seen color. I always find it offensive when people label others with the black and white tag because that’s all they see the other person for. They're both their own kind of funny. Dave has a biting wit; Katt is just shoot-from-the-hip hilarity. I prefer Katt, but everybody can have a seat at the table.
So many people watching seem to think the “vs” in the title is supposed to be negative when it’s not that at all. You’re really just seeing two comedians do bits on the same topics for your own enjoyment it’s not supposed be something where the other is “better,” or “worse.” Just seeing their different perspectives/ bits. It’s not meant to be made for you to judge them regarding those aspects.
I love Katt, But for me Dave’s delivery makes me feel like he’s my friend, no matter how controversial the subject matter may be, he makes you laugh. I have seen him once. I think he is the greatest comedian of all time.

He's been like LeBron in his comedy started great, kept his realness and high level of humor throughout 30 years.
