Sistar Bev, I would exchange in a heartbeat. All I would need is 1 day notice🤣 This is a beautyful house. In comparison to Ghana which I have visited, I must say this property is cheaper for what you would pay thousands more for there. Top notch finishes-the tiles, ceilings and floors. The light and airyness, windows everywhere wow. I'm putting out my request to the Universe now😌 Great Video!

You are sis think you will find gambia 🇬🇲 way cheaper when it comes to properties and a lot of commodities too...let the ancestors guide you. Seen a few videos of families or individuals that have travelled to Ghana to settle but had to go back to the states because they found it too expensive. So I will advise ppl to do a thorough research there is a lot of countries in Africa to repatriate to. Rwanda 🇷🇼 is another good choice 👌

Rise Up SistaR, you are most welcome..! I do not want you to be con-fused anymore..! "The Right To Buy" is the name given to a scheme run by the council... If you have lived in your council property for X amount of years, they can offer you a discounted rate at which you can purchase the property you have been living in... So the scheme I used to get the property I am now the owner of, is part of "The Right To Buy Scheme"... No... and it's absolutely great..! The water goes straight into the drain... also the shower heads have plenty adjustments so you can aim it which way you want the water to flow... It's much better..!

@Positive vibes Rise Up, When the councils get their budgets, they spend it on different things... so what may be available to you if you live in a particular council borough... May not be available if you lived in another bough🤔 If you are living in Wandsworth then as far as I know 'Housing Trust/ Association' tenants are not eligible but it's better for you to contact your local councils housing department and find out from them.
