Man! That was an awesome revelation! I thought I wasn't getting the proper diagnosis with my pt for hip and back pain and then WHAM! severe lumbar stenosis and I can barely walk now. That's why I'm on youtube looking for anything I can find to learn about my condition and find the best treatment. Not having luck getting the epidural cause the pain clinic isn't answering their phone, or returning calls. What's up with that?
I had a l4 l5 fusion on 11/18/22. Unfortunately I had a severe complication from it, a terrible disease called Adhesive Arachnoiditis. It’s horrible but I’m not giving up.
In my 20s, I had my tailbone removed because it had been broken for many years, reason, abuse. In my late teens, I fell off a 2 story latter and took the wooden downspout off the house with my back. Now, in my 70s, I can walk half a block, and then my calves start getting painful and my back starts hurting. I was told that I did have spinal stenosis. No one seems to be able to do anything, I feel stuck.

Dr can i send your mri dicoms on my herniated disc touching the spinal cord ? Your method whithout fusion and TDR is working on massive herniated disc on cervical C6-C7 disc almost press spinal cord in two.
Can you do the Deuk Laser Disc Repair at a disc that has fusion hardware, screws and rods and spacer, but maybe the surgeon left too much disc there? Also, Deuk Laser Disc Repair at L5-S1 that might be causing pain, would you do a discogram before cleaning up L5-S1 or just clean it based on an MRI and what is causing the pain?
Hello, Are you familiar with fatty morrow in your bones? Or a 15,000 Intercept surgery? My S1 is out and I have hip and buttock pain. I received a wrong diagnosis with sciatica. That is not what I have.
Both are as you have pointed out. Ultimately the radiologist is not a clinician and doesnt treat the diseases. It is primarily the surgeons responsibility to diagnose the cause of pain and recommend and perform proper treatment.
Hi I went to get a epidural cortisone l5 S1 Bulging disk. They punctured my dura and push air into brain causing pnemoccleous. Is that normal. I suffer with severe migraines because of this and hospital notes say I had a nerve root instead is that the smell thing?

Is there any alternative to a fusion for L5S1 spondylolisthesis? I have a pars fracture. Grade 2….another doc said 2/3…on my own decided to go see a surgeon and was finally ordered a cat scan & flexion xrays. Everyone (except this surgeon) tells me eventually I’ll need a fusion.
I had a fusion L4 L5 S1 in 1992 and have had very bad pain for 30 yrs , recently had an MRI and the "Bone Growth Stimulator"was left inside me all this time!!!!! So since the MRI is all powerful Magnets 🧲This Moved causing me horrible pain cannot do anything I'm ruined,is it safe to have it taken out????? Please 🙏✨
