If no one wants to talk to the police ,how can they solve anything?!? Plenty of people talked and had video evidence in this case. And for what it's worth, I doubt that shooting where that little girl got killed wasn't an accident or random. DA Kim Foxx doesn't want to press charges either in many cases, that's why she must have felt stupid, when that other child was killed by the mother's bf ,who had a long rap sheet and the judge denied the mother a restraining order.
