So, are you going to plant a banana in each side? Do you think they are big enough? But I think you are correct, bananas don't seem to have many roots, maybe there is sufficient space for them to grow. It will be interesting to see if it works!

Hi John! There are people that plant bananas even in pots and they produce, so, sure I'm not but not afraid to experiment. I feel confident that it will work. Next step is to fill with good soil and plant the bananas, will do a video on that too and then later with the results.
