I'm worried about Sseth. This is the second video in a row he's made that involves a game that isn't from the Neolithic Era

Sseth went a whole 16 minutes in a CoH 2 rage and yet managed to avoid the word "Ethnostate". He has truly reached a level beyond.

I love how it seems like he's a raving lunatic but whenever he shows a split second of him interacting with other humans, they're exponentially more degenerate and insane

The best part of company of heros is that it accurately predicted the future of immersive multiplayer military games that end up with everybody arguing with each other on the horrible decisions that the commander overlooking the entire map makes

My favourite part of the game is when they did some rebalances and changes to the factions but never changed the tool tips. Unless they've patched it since, the tool tips still lie to you, veterancy for many units doesn't work the way it says it will and you're just supposed to connect your brain to the gigasphere of those still trapped endlessly fighting in the hedgerows to know these things. fucking love this game

As a Polish person I approve of Sseth stereotyping us ruthlessly.

I was worried our boy was losing his edge, but then he started strong with a jihad against modern plumbing and continued straight into the effects of astrology on artillery shell effectiveness and I knew he was doing just fine. Truly, a magical channel.

I can recall that when playing online, we were scaried of one thing only: if a player dropped in online match, AI would take his place and just spam the shit out of his base and free win for enemy team, that was so annoying

I get the impression Sseth doesn't really feel alive unless he's breaking a game or being broken by it.

The fact that this was a test of just pumping out a video as fast as possible and it's still good is a testament to your abilities.

Knowing Sseth, I'm pretty sure that "I peed in the sink" story is actually real.

I am German and can confirm that the Ahegao paintjob is a German patent. It was attempt at a tank version of the dazzle camouflage used on battleships and aircraft in WWI. The closer engagement ranges in ground warfare called for somewhat less abstract designs.

A friend of mine once went to a WWII reenactment. At some point a man in a Wehrmacht uniform rode past him on a horse. The man stopped briefly, looked at my friend, and said simply "Zis is vere you put ze sticky bomb, ja?" while pointing at the flank of the horse. He then rode off into the sunset. I've never met this man. But I think of him often.

I remember playing this and DOW2 and feeling so optimistic about the future of the RTS genre. Even had Command and Conquer 3 out around the same time. I never would've thought that there'd be such a collapse of content. We literally haven't progressed an inch, and hell, most strategy games these days don't feature graphics much better than this at all.

This game is so realistic that you can feel the war exhaustion on your body after a 60 minute bloodfest of a match.

Wild that Sseth only now realised that spite is the strongest motivation a human can have.

Apparently the reason why the Germans were so effective at the start of WW2 was because their officers specifically _didn't have to ask for permission_ from their superiors to adapt tactics to changed circumstances, instead having a degree of autonomy once they're on the battlefield. So, it's surprising that Germans in CoH depict what was really the _Allied_ modus operandi.

9:24 "Please, continue losing a little longer before we can authorize the countermeasure for what you're currently losing to." This... is a perfect sentence. That is beurocracy distilled into a perfectly cynical, and perfectly accurate, statement. I will use this in my everyday life from now on. Thank you.

I recommend reviewing a small but complex game I bought recently- Shadow of Forbidden Gods. It's basically a simulator of a world-ending cult trying to destroy the world- except it's not the world struggling to survive against you, it's your worldending eldritch cult struggling to survive the world of fantasy magical people. In order to win by ending the world, you need to employ stategies- any combination of following people until they go mad, throwing dead rats into peasants' windows, turning dance-macabre into reality, breeding fishmen faster than they can be killed, trying and failing to make orcs work together and turning the weakest kingdom on the map into the Dark Empire... which is still the weakest country on the map. It's great fun, especially when being separated from human settlements by more than 2 tiles of wasteland stops the spreading of your influence for the next 50 turns- which is a good thing, because it prevents humans from noticing you and decimating all your agents. Trust this man when he talks about the white hot rage that arises from playing against expert AI. Fun game, dlc hurts.

The gas pedal information is more or less correct; the tanks of that era (and also today) used braking navigation. Fully tracked systems don't have a turning wheel, so to turn you create a differential by using brakes to make one track move faster than the other. The default setting (as long as a gear is engaged) is GO, so if you die without some kind of braking engaged, GO will continue.

This feels weird, he’s reviewing a game I threw hours into… and he isn’t wrong. Is cancer, especially fighting annihilation. Once spent hours getting pushed back to my base perimeter by Germans, as a Soviet. Ended up spamming literally tens of machine guns which the German AI literally ended up using. Which cucked them even I used the one captured tiger I caught. Tiger > machine gun, and it was truly an experience.

Get the mod "All units" it's always the top rated and most popular mod of all time in the workshop, just gives you every unit from every commander, then the commanders only exist to provide their in game abilities like artillery strikes, paratroopers, etc.

It made me really sad that CoH2 did away with the squad ai from the first game. Couldn't believe it when I saw the soldiers independently running to cover, setting up suppressive fire and then flanking by crawling down a wall in the first game's tutorial. It felt so cool and next gen and I've yet to see AI as well implemented in so many modern AAA games.

Playing against expert level AI really makes you feel like a starved russian peasant being made into a fine red mist by high caliber german weaponry.

I love how he let's the credits play out so that people can actually hear the music. That is perhaps one of the only redeeming things from this game.

Seeing Sseth using [CENSORED] from lobotomy corp to cover the illegal information makes me realize how much I want him to review the game.

Another thing to point out. Once you've gotten all the races from a third-party source, use mods. You get all the powers of every commander without having to buy them.

I feel like despite the faster pace the quality is still there. Hard to know what we might be missing without a direct comparison, but I hunger for more Sseth content.

as a fond player of this game- I must say, you've once again stoked the flames of my internally repressed rage. I must place more landmines. If I can't play- then you can't either. The part where you suffered against the expert A.I. felt close to home as well

WW2 was an international contest of coming up with the most contrived and unique ground vehicles. Hence why such things as the Kettenkrad were produced.

Ah yes, Company of Heroes 2 I once flattened an entire french town 1v1ing a friend. Neither of us knew what a "flank" was, so mortars and bombs were prime estate. Good times, playing with friends is SO fun.

Ok so not only did I just learn that sseth has friends but apparently he's also capable of playing 3D games. This is way too much character progression for one video.

Historically accurate indeed. My grand father looted a very short girl with a big hat who was also an android called "Kar-98k". This vitriolic blitzkrieg of a video is so good you could get into Nasa with a full pardon.

What da heck, was planning on rewatching a Sseth video and he uploads a new one as I was watching his cultivation simulator video, sicktastic!

I can completely agree. Coh2 made me feel anger unlike any other rts... when you think you may finally win a game just to have teammates randomly drop out without a word turning a likely win into a dreadful loss that manages to suck every bit of happy gamer euphoria out of your body after already having spent half an hour in the match or longer. 10/10 would reinstall again just to see the chat filled with people flaming everyone and their mother for using artillery.

My favourite Company of Heroes moment is when General Winter drove a T-34 across the Death Egg in a race against Knuckles, the Pyro from TF2, Shadow the Hedgehog, Wreck-It Ralph and famous NASCAR/Indycar driver Danica Patrick.

I know sseth said he made this specifically to see how quickly he could slap a video together, but its honestly one of the more enteraining videos to me recently. The world should fear what ritalin is capable of.

I unironically could watch hours of sseth rage at a game. The descriptive ways his vitriol is expressed in his videos gives me so much joy.

The kicker for me is that the end-game rewards used to be *even worse.* Right now, the probability of War Supply rewards dramatically increases over time (about 20 of my last 21 games - and that's been the pattern for several months) so it *eventually* gets better. Before? There was no currency and it was pure random chance what you got - *except it gave duplicates you couldn't sell.* Fifteen copies of the same card? Yup!

I love how the entire intro was him justifying his decision to piss in the sink, that’s how you know it’s gonna be a great video.

Sseth, literally all of your videos make me so overjoyed whether it's about an old classic I used to play or some obscure game I can learn about while you narrate. Thank you for all the hard work you put into these videos.

Try playing with the Wikinger mod pack. More units, revamped tech trees (like coh 1) and more realistic physics and penetration models for vehicles

I recommend reviewing Geneforge, any of the 5 games in the series as there aren't that many differences between them. Geneforge can be described as a Scifi game disguised as a fantasy game. You play as a Shaper, a person who had their genetics altered so that they can create monsters at will. In these games you could easily find dangerous situations that may require you to check in out later when you've leveled up enough to get through it or you could always find a different route that could effect how the story goes. I'm just trying to say that these games are often overlooked and are quite good and also hard at times.
