just bought a old 9-1 for 30€, mostly because of the lateral adjustment , didn't got it yet, hope it will be decent tho.. also the adjustment system just look interesting haha
Yup, just got it today, was flat already, needed barely no work, i love it already, fit well in my hands, and really good surface, but sadly previous owner did a back bevel on the blade way to wide for me.. beside that everything is great.
They made that version of the American one here in England, too , I have one it's like new, and I have the USA Stanley No 18 Knuckle lever cap, and many more.
Thank you for the comment. Mostly by trial and error. I think the goal is as small a mouth opening as you can use without getting shavings jammed up but that is coming from me, a novice. Thanks again for watching.
