I was eying the shade Mont Blanc, so it was very helpful for me to see the shade in action on you in both formulas. I think I'm going to give the light reflecting a try. You are so welcome Marielle! ❤️ I was so happy to do it! 🤗 I think from the previous conversations we've had about your foundation preferences that the Light Reflecting would definitely be your preferred formula between the two of them. It really is a unique foundation in that it (both) adds a little bit of dewiness while at the same time blurring pores, which... I can't recall another foundation that I've tried, that is able to do those two things at the same time (now that I think of it.) 🧐 I hope your trip to Greece was wonderful!! ❤️🦋

Both foundations are very beautiful on your skin! They seemed to play nice with the other products you applied (I LOVE the NYX serum concealer) and both lasted the whole day. I didn’t notice any oxidation (another problem I have). If I have extra $ I might splurge and get the light reflecting one to try. I like a more luminous or dewy finish. I have to say tho that I still love that No7 renew serum foundation that you recommended! I have now ventured into other No7 products including the pressed powder, concealer, and mascara. Love the powder and concealer (found my exact shade!) but I have yet to try the mascara. Overall tho I’m impressed with this brand. Thank you again for showing us two different NARS foundations and spending your money so we don’t have to ❤️ looking forward to the next one. Keep on shining! 💗💫🌟

That’s so cool to know. I LOVE the soft matte because I’m oily and knowing your skin type I wouldn’t have suggested it. But now we know it can work for so many different skin types. I haven’t tried the Light Reflecting foundation, again because I’m oily… should I try it? I love your videos!!

OOOh! Good question! I definitely think you should try it! But maybe get a sample first.... just in case I led you astray! 😂 No seriously though, I think it would work, it does get SLIGHTLY dewier on my skin throughout the day, but then again I barely used anything to set it...other than just a few dabs of the Mally Face Defender, so I'm guessing with powder it probably wouldn't have pulled dewy throughout the day. I'd LOVE to know if you end up trying it though, and what you think, so I can let others know if it might work for them too! ❤️🤗

I already own the light reflecting foundation but as an oily queen it’s just not working for 😢 I’m looking at the soft Matte for my everyday and wanted to see the colour comparison!!

Great Question Melissa! 🤓 After thinking about it for a while, I would have to say that I would purchase the Light Reflecting Foundation. The reason being, that as beautiful as the Soft Matte is, there are other full-coverage, matte foundation options out there... but the Light Reflecting is truly unique in that it can both add a bit of dewiness while also blurring pores, which I haven't seen in another foundation before. ❤️ Thanks for asking! 🤗

Girl! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I am SO SORRY it took me so long to get back to you! ❤️ We are moving out of state, and we've been packing, traveling, house hunting, more packing, etc... and I just got so behind! 🫣 If it's not too late to answer your question, I wear the shade, "Vanilla" in the NYX BWM concealer. ❤️

No problem! I’ll probably pick that up and mix it with light. And where are you moving to?!? Moving is not all bad but it gets much more difficult as you age for sure - been down the moving road quite a few times
