IMHO, D30mod+muses2 sounds much better than d50s+muses1. It is Interesting to find how much difference give different Opamps? For my ears Muses2 sounds fuller and more airy, so I prefer Muses2 over Muses1 in any and every situation. Did you try d50s with Muses2?
thanks, D50s is better in my opinion, better clarity in upper registers, more stage and space around instruments. Wonder how much of improvements can you hear from muse 1. Original oamp are also good. I am listening d50s+A50S+P50 with direct asio drivers with sundara also. Nice combination, really good exceptional clarity and transparency from this combo. Did i make a mistake in ordering the Muse01 for my FX Audio Tube Buffer? It can use the OPA2134PA i do know. Will the Muse01 work or should i have ordered the 02? Don't want to fry anything. Should have done more research before ordering. I did order from Mouser so they should be the real deal at least. I saw you doing tests with all of these MUSE01,02 and 03 op amps in the one DAC and assumed it would work in the FX Audio Tube Buffer since the 02 works with that unit. I may have assumed wrong. Hi Craig, actually I have not experienced with FX Audio. in principle all op.amps are important in common of pin out for type dip8. In general, the difference is the range of the power supply which is the main thing. High ranges would be safe but optimum performance should be a concern. op.amp 2134 has a range of +/- 2.5 to 18V, very flexible. and for Muses01 +/-9Vdc to +/-16Vdc. it is a consideration. while the Muses02 +/-3.5V to +/-16V. Please check your PS of the fx audio.

@@edSuwanDiyAudiophile I put them in last night and have been listening to them for about 6 hours so far. They sound sooooo good. Took a few minutes for them to settle but they are sounding really nice now. Question though. How are you. so easily able to swap these out with just one hand? I had a really hard time not bending the pins. In fact i did bend one on both and thought i was going to screw them up. I was being REALLY careful. You are just popping them in and out. How is that possible? Do you have them mounted on something prior? Looks like you might. Mine just came with the bare pins in between 2 pieces of that foam material from Mouser and that's it.
