Complaint Against Federal Circuit Court Judge . Chief Judge's Obligation When Evaluating Complaint. 

Did you know that when a complaint is filed against a Federal Circuit Court Judge, the Chief Judge of that Circuit is required to review the complaint expeditiously? Not only that, but the Chief Judge must follow certain standards when reviewing the complaint. In this video, I discuss two standards that the Judge is to follow when evaluating the complaint.
