Absolutely stunning! Also the fact that you didn't fill your outdoor drink refrigerator with booze like so many other people do was refreshing to see! There is nothing wrong with the occasional drink, but coming from a from a family with several alcoholics, you can still have a good time without booze vs always needing a drink in their hand.

Wow! Absolutely magazine worthy! That is absolutely my dream space (not that I could afford any single thing on it lol). The sectional is absolutely divine. A handy tip for raising the height of the fake tree behind the sectional is to stand it on an upside down empty plant pot that you like (such as terracotta etc), or an empty wooden crate etc: it looks so nice and means that the foliage doesn't interfere with the person who is sat in the corner space xx

I love the terrazzo planters! Your porch is lovely. I love sitting on a porch. I would remind others that a lot of money is spent on stuff for outside that the weather will make short work of. At least being under a roof (versus a deck, patio and fire pit) helps. But rugs, drapes, cushions, baskets, wicker are subject to fading, mildew, brittleness. Here in SC, we are still dealing with our annual month long heavy pollen season that creates such clouds of green pollen and coats everything. And when that season is over we go into 4 months of extremely hot, humid weather. You can't sit outside during those months. There are the bugs (as she mentioned), not counting snakes, spiders and the fire ants. A screened in porch is a must where I live. But don't spend a ton of money on the outside. A good grill, some long-lasting furniture (metal, concrete, teak) with cheap pillows for comfort, a swing is all you need because the pillows will have to be thrown away in a year or two. I would like a concrete table and benches as that lasts awhile. But other patio tables just get dirty, warp, get splinters, rust. Forget the rest. Her new sectional is pretty but the pillows are too large to wash and they will be a custom size that will be expensive to replace. The rope will disintegrate within 2 years. But she made a good point about the other sectional being a bug and spider home. Rattan will get brittle and begin to break being outside.

2 Years?! Doesn’t seem that long. I remember I started watching you while you packed up your previous home and if I remember right you moved into an apt while waiting for this home. Everything is absolutely beautiful 😁
