I loved Buffy when it first came out, and still do.
It’s a series that still endures with a dedicated fan base and spilled over into over forms of media, including video games.
There are 5 in total and I’m going to show you them all, the games are ;
Buffy The Vampire Slayer released 2002 - an original Xbox exclusive
Buffy The Vampire Slayer Chaos Bleeds released 2003 - released on PS2, original Xbox and Nintendo GameCube
Buffy The Vampire Slayer released 2000 on the Gameboy Color
Buffy The Vampire Slayer The Wrath Of The Darkhul King released 2003 n the Nintendo Gameboy Advance
Buffy The Vampire Slayer Sacrifice released 2009 on the Nintendo DS

Only ever played the OG Xbox game and recently completed chaos bleeds with my 12 year old. Loved that you could play as multiple characters. Loving this channel

I really like all the Buffy games, I know I’ve got the rose coloured nostalgia glasses on because I loved the series when it came out (and still do) the home console games are definitely the best of the bunch, and I liked being the different characters in chaos bleeds to, that’s the only reason I slightly prefer it to the Xbox one, but they’re all good 😀👍🏻

Never played these games but I have been wondering what the gameplay was like, great coverage of the games as well as insight on what was going on with the actual series.

Nothing to do with Buffy, but if you ever see Dragon's Lair on the GBC grab it! It's impossibly a port of the arcade game and it actually works.

Im fairly certain most of the cast voiced their characters for the first console game and have not found any media saying otherwise, Alyson Hannigan however did not return for Chaos Bleeds I personally grew up playing Chaos Bleeds but since buying and playing the original game I actually prefer the first one, feels like there are more things you can do combat wise (like aiming and throwing a stake at an enemy)

That’s a good point about the combat differences. As I said in the video I do really like them both, I like all the Buffy games, they’re great fun and if you’re a fan of the franchise you can’t go wrong with any of them. I only slightly prefer Chaos Bleeds, and that might be nostalgia as it’s the first one I played when it came out on the 6th gen, and I played it quite a lot 😀👍🏻
