A question. In case an estd contributed to other insurance firm other than LIC, will the estd need to register under Gratuity Act 1972? Can an estd operate in different gratuity schemes for its employees and never register under the act?
Dear sir you have explained all the concept very well, but you have calculated wrong sums in 24:11, if we calculate 30000 by 20 the average amount will come 20500, not 15000 , but everything is fine except this example.

32:23 As per Sec 9 (1) it isnt extending to 20,000 but up to 10000 and imprisonment between 6 months to 2 years. Sec 9 (2) talks about extending to 20,000 with 3 months for failure to comply. Can u pls confirm?
