Hello everyone!
Today, i will show you some loadouts, weapons, accessories, armor to help you for your next rogue playthrough for Calamity 2.0.3.009, which is the last version of the Calamity mod!
This is maybe one of my biggest project yet so a sub to the channel will be very cool!

13:21 by the way, dark god’s sheath gets merged with the abyssal mirror to make the eclipse mirror, and it keeps all of the functions of both, so you can replace the sheath with something else

Thrower was just Ranger with consumeables to be honest. Glad consumeables became Ranged and Boomerangs and other thrown weapons (example: Shadowflame Knife and Scourge of the Corruptor) became Melee.

Right after plantera, you can get an amazing rogue weapon from the solar eclipse called the defective sphere. It is an amazing weapon for spamming and you can use it through moonlord.

Great guide. Btw i found a weapon named Terror Talons which you can use after last mech. You need 5 Chlorophyte and 10 leather for craft. I used the pre plantera set up, done 2k damage and 4k damage crit. Melts calamitas clone and plantera easily. Your opinion on that item ?

I'm bummed the Scourge Of The Dessert's damage kinda drops off into late pre-hardmode, it's such a cool weapon to play with that I kept it around way longer than I should've out of sentiment lol At least you get to upgrade it after hard-mode Giant Clam

Please do a guide for the thorium bard and healer. Theres a mod that works for calamity that adds the bard and healer with new items for a calamity playthrough

One thing to note, getting the abyssal mirror that early is a grueling task, since it scales to post polterghast.

Almost every time I’ve done calamity, I beat ravaged before golem because somehow I keep getting lizard bricks for the summon. He’s so extremely easy so I just farm him for my scoria ore

on mechs why use acidic barrel and adamantite axe if cursed dagger is like 10 times better? also no need to craft those two if you also got kelvin catalyst

A question here, why equip both Dark God's Sheath and Eclipse Mirror? Isn't latter the direct upgrade of former? Is it ecause their stats stack? Or I can actually replace it with other accessories?

It is made by combining wooden boomerang and fallen stars just like in vanilla, you also need prism shards (i hope i spelled it right) from desert scourge.

What is the best way to play Rogue in multiplayer? If you spam the attacks all the time you have nothing from the Rogue bar and the boost of the accessories. In multiplayer you have a lot of time to stand due to the negative aggro, but according to the DPS meter it's not really worth going for stealth strikes. We're on Skeleton right now and it feels weird to play the class because all the accessories say strike but DPS on dummy and bosses is clearly spambuild.

Depends on the weapon. Spamming is better in some weapons, especially on pre hardmode weapons. Which as you said ruins the stealth mechanic. However stealth attack Based weapons appears more later on making stealth viable again. So yeah it sucks that you cant really use stealth early on which is literally the whole mechanic of the class but it gets better later on. Sorry for the bad english its not my first language.

Honestly, I think referring to Rogue as a "new" class Calamity adds is.. a stretch, considering it's just throwing (which shouldn't have been separate from ranger in the first place, but that's a discussion for another day) with a stealth mechanic.

@@summyt09 Being reliant on a finite, consumable resource supply is like, ranger's thing. It's what sets it apart in terms of basic function from the other classes. It doesn't make a difference if there's a medium between that resource or you use it directly.

I made those guides to have everything centralized. Some of the wiki pages for weapons do not include any images of what the weapon does. I’ve never hidden the fact that i use the wiki class setup, the link to the wiki is in the description

Downvoting cause commenter has no idea how much easier it is to follow a video guide for reference rather than text, I used both the Wiki and this good sirs video for my first ever revengeance playthrough, and have currently defeated the exo mechs thanks to all his suggestions. Get your head out your ass, the class setups page includes a variety of weapons and accessories and doesn't narrow down what is the best for those particular fights, just what is on par for the point of progression. I followed the text guide up until the wall of flesh and I quite literally struggled due to lack of mobility as I thought rogue needed all rogue eccentric accessories. I watched this guide, switched out multiple accessories and flew through hardmode. Thank you @Bromex for helping me thoroughly enjoy my first playthrough of this mod
