Welcome to episode two of "We Are Clearly Not Jeep People"! That unused storage space is where you put removable top parts. The molded plastic tray has bolt icons next to a series of holes. Under the molded plastic tray is your standard, cheap jack and tire iron. I would mount the air compressor outside the cab like any normal person.

It's funny people laughing about a Jeep that's only 2 wheel drive. Here in the UK people buy this kind of vehicle and they never take it even over a curb, let alone off-road. In fact, I bet a lot of them don't even know what sort of drive their truck is. They run the kids to school in it and pick up the shopping. That's it.

I have an 88 f150 with that stupid front end. How about a video swaping in a junk yard Dana 44? Looks like an easy swap, with a bronco track bar and custom control arms. And I'll be able to install better lock out hubs instead of the short run ones warn did for Ford in late 88

Yes, but he said that the factory front axle was failure prone and they would’ve upgraded anyway, so why pay more for something that’s not gonna be used?

Why? The vast majority of them never go off-road. Most people have probably never put their Jeep in 4-wheel drive.

@@lefthandedarcher2126 I'm a car guy and grew up off roading. Whether or not I'm a Jeep guy or not doesn't change the fact that the majority of jeeps never go off-road. I know there's a lot of Hardcore off-roaders out there, but most people buy Jeeps as a status symbol.

@@cordellej woah, no need to get mad. lets try math... the cost of the 4x4 was thousands more. since most of the parts, if not all, were outright upgraded with after market parts then whats the point of spending extra for the 4x4? lets say they spent the extra money for the 4x4... at the end of the day there would be a pile of parts that was removed. they were better off saving the money and getting the 2x4. with that saved money they put it toward the purchase of the upgraded parts.
