@@666miguel99 You were blessed! Make sure you're renting it for $1800 to $2500 but not less then $1800. Very glad you took advantage of the Adu laws. Don't forget to do your JADU and check in to see how SB9/SB10 can help you take more advantage of your property!

@@albillosconst27 thanks. Yes it's a blessing. I do 1500..parking, washer and dryer, ACs, stove and refrigerator included. Prices are rising but for now $1500 feels fair.

If you do "Owner Build," you would pay between $75-$90K. This way you could avoid the General Contractor's elevated costs/profits. Im about to finish my ADU, i served as my own General Contractor. Total costs for 500sqft, about $90-100K, and this is on the high side
