Edit: User Configuration > Control Panel Settings > Internet Settings > Internet Explorer 10 Common > Item-level targeting: Computer Name Edit: User Configuration > Policies > Admin Temps > Windows Components > Internet Explorer > Prevent changing proxy settings: Enable This adds the proxy server and port number and prevents user from making changes to LAN Connection (proxy settings). This impacts Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. You're able to still UNC / connect to intranet.

Can this be applied to Computers? I assume it can? Instead of applying to User it's applied to Computer in the Group Policy Management Editor.
