She lost any and all rights to be there the moment the property owner decided she should leave. You can't claim a "right to protest" on someone else's property. All rights begin and end along property lines. Your rights only apply on your own property and in public places (which are also considered partly 'your' property because the public owns them). You can stand in your own yard waving signs. You can stand on a public sidewalk waving signs. But stay off my lawn... you have no 'right' to protest there.
