Just discovered your videos. Don't know who you think you are, but I'll tell you who I think you are... A breath of fresh air in a church world that so desperately needs it. On one hand we have everything from these charasmatic hucksters who when the look out at us they see dollar signs to denominational hacks who though they won't admit it worship at the altar of the denomination that ordained or licensed them. When we stand in the pulpit and look out at the faces and into the eyes of those who are sitting there we need to be very careful about what we speak and teach as there is power of life and death in the tounge. Words matter and they may very well have eternal consequences in the lives of those who hear the words we speak. The hucksters and the hacks have forgotten that. Thanks for sharing and standing for the truth of God's word.
Jeremiah 14:15-16 explains the repercussions for those that support false profits(prophets)...the damage it causes is astronomical. Many are carried away by their own lusts...thank you for this much needed Word. Somebody gotta speak it!

I agree with most of what you said because years ago I used to be in MLM but I have found that your typical job is also a type of pyramid or "legal pyramid" structure-wise. It's just an agreed-upon (government-sanctioned, after a successful interview of course in which you agree to the particular terms of your chosen pyramid) This pyramid of course is a less strenuous starting point because you're generally given a salary. In the truest sense, a bad pyramid is where a group of subordinates give funds to the hire ups/creator/owner and receives nothing in return. The money flow goes only one way and the people are kept in it with the pure hope of a decent return, which mainly comes from signing up with someone. In a job your money is set for the year(s) based on performing a task satisfactorily in hopes that you'll gain higher income or be promoted based on manager/supervisors review or if a higher up in the pyramid likes you/shows favors towards you. The difference between the pyramids is that in a job your income is given/agreed upon before you produce or are proven to produce (more secure) versus mlm which most of the time depends on how good you are in convincing people to join (salesman ship) and teaching them to perform the same tasks as you. I'm not convinced that all mlm's are bad but they do have a bad reputation because of people promising great things to newcomers and them falling short of the more glamourous levels shown to them. I've found that the better and less complicated route is money sharing or Susu's in small groups. This is the easier way for those at the bottom rung economically to build capital. The only issue here is that you need to deal with high integrity people which thank God I've found in life (i suggest starting with responsible family members first).
You basically just asked how anyone could fall for this. Well, I felt in my heart the way you do for a long time. But, nobody else seemed to feel like I do, and you do, for a long time. Every single preacher I heard was saying the same thing and if I did not obey I was ticking off God and I will be cursed and of course they would use scripture to back that up. I finally started to say Lord I love you but I won't serve a God who is a tyrant and who would back someone like Creflo Dollar when Creflo is saying shoot them all and let them fall into the pit and go inside and have church: when he was talking about those who refuse to tithe. That message is on RU-vid still I'm sure. And Benny Hinn and even John Hagee were basically saying that if you don't tithe you will go to hell. And remember the scripture that said hell is for the unbelieving? Well they make it look like if you don't believe what they, the man of God is saying, then you are an unbeliever who is worthy of hell. I am a new subscriber and you truly have my respect. I respect you and Lance Scurvy very much so, because finally I see I'm not the only one who feels as you do. I also remember when Once Benny Hinn said if you are not a tither you got to look back on all the years that you were not tithing and give back ties also. And Paula White who kept talking about not just tithing but also first fruits and then on top of that offerings. So basically they all just want you to work for them. Isn't that what the New World Order wants us to do? Which comes down to the question, are these televangelists all part of that system? I heard of a deck of cards that the Illuminati has and on one of those cards is televangelists. I think these preachers are part of Satan's kingdom not of the Lord's, but I don't want to say that too loud cuz part of me still thinks, whatif I'm the wrong one? Touch not God's anointed, remember? Growing up I used to be such a follower of Kenneth Copeland. Now I think those free magazines that he gives out, that are to be so faith building, and that they always say pass it on to someone else: it's just propaganda to get more converts and to keep the already converted drinking the Kool-Aid. I still have faith in the Lord Jesus Christ but I don't have faith in these preachers anymore! And dear Lord how Paul and Jan Crouch seemed like such Grandma and Grandpa figures which tied all of these preachers together in one big family. That is how people wind up believing in this scam.
Drake Hoe Yes Brother Drake, you know your timelines. It helps to know which demon unleashed these other demons. They are all responsible for teaching and unleashing someone. Plus those who they have raised give them $$$. Creflo unleashed Leroy Thompson, who can forget the clip of them dancing on money in the church? That was a perfect example of witchcraft in the church.
