Thank you so much for this video! 👏👏 I Plan on watching more. We have a family cabin in Conifer right next to Stanton Park property line. Built in 1937 by my husband's Great Grandfather. No one visited for 25 years and was almost sold. I told my MIL that she would regret it and if she wouldn't sell that we would update, maintain and visit often. That was 2017 and we visit every 6 to 8 weeks. Now we are at a point that we can enjoy any surrounding area activities with our 4 boys. We are also looking to buy within 2 to 4 hours of Conifer so that we can live in CO during these hotter than shikaka Oklahoma summers and still be at the cabin every weekend. We actually are heading out in a couple of hours and I'll be watching your videos on the 12 hour drive. Does Conifer have any regulations on catching rain water?

So you did actually leave us hanging. Everybody watching this wants to know the price of admission. Min $700k for an existing family home. If you want to build better budget for a million plus, Not saying this is good bad or ugly but folks not in the know from out of state might have sticker shock. Cheers!

Haha. Yes. There actually aren’t too many places to shoot in conifer that aren’t residents or loud from 285. We didn’t feel like taking a height that day 🥶
