how would you store a potential training intent phrase that is not recognized for a response on a Chatbot? 1. Can you store such phrase and automatically add it to backend of your training list ? 2. If a response comes up a second time in a Chatbot, is there a way to trigger a follow up phrase to connect to human attendant because that could be annoying if the Chatbot keep reeating itself.

Thank you all for joining the live session. We covered a lot. Since we had some issues connecting with Facebook, here are the steps. 1. After you create the Facebook page 2. Create an app in developers.facebook.com 3. Add your existing page to the app 4. Generate token 5. After generating the token, copy the page access token to your Dialogflow console. 6. Create a webhook in developers.facebook.com 7. After creating the webhook, in the webhook section under the Facebook page, you will find subscription. 8. Click on subscription and enable messages and messaging_postback. I will be covering this next week. Stay tuned, we have more exciting topics and integrations next week. 😎

Also could you address these 2 questions: Question 1 how would you store a potential training intent phrase that is not recognized for a response on a Chatbot? 1. Can you store such phrase and automatically add it to backend of your training list ? 2. If a response comes up a second time in a Chatbot, is there a way to trigger a follow up phrase to connect to human attendant because that could be annoying if the Chatbot keep reeating itself. Hi! Thank you very much for your lessons, I am learning a lot! I have a question: How to handle double requests from the user? I try to be clear: I created two different intents for example for asking about opening hours and ticket cost of a museum, and it works, but if the user asks for both in the same question it answers picking the answer only from one intent. How to handle this? Thank you a lot :)

Amazing video. Really helpful in building and integrating the app. I had a query though my app only works with the page and it’s owner. The automated response is not available to the public. I agree very very much. This was a great tutorial. I have been following your instructions @Sachin and mostly 90% times it all worked. However, I do have a small problem. Whenever I am using the dialogueflow chatbot in my wordpress installation, in the header.PHP body to be specific, the dialogflow chat window does not resemble a spacebar action, instead of creating spaces between words I type, I get a page scroll down effect. Not sure how to solve that problem. Thank you so much for your time and I really really appreciate it, please keep up the good work!

Hi, Thank you for a great video :) When I tried to connect one of the prebuilt agents, I only had 3 options - one of them was small talk. When I added it, it was not linked to the agent I had made with your video, but was a standalone entity. To make matters worse, there was no response to the agent, so every test came back with an error? Do you have a solution? 🙏

Hi, thanks a lot. Regarding the small talk prebuilt agent, you can always go ahead and customize its responses. You should also know about the small talk agent limitations. Refer to the documentation for more details. The following limitations apply to the built-in small talk: Only supported for some languages. Only available for the global region. Does not work for mega agents. Hope this helps. 🙂 All the best.

Hi Sach Sir, After creating entities, I go to intents and write phrases, but there are no highlights, and even after completing everything manually entities are not working properly and I am not able to create new agents it is being canceled by Dialogflow.

very helpful video sir but i have few question can we remove the powerdby branding 2) just like any other call center if the chatbot cant answer the question via call can we take over that call and answer the questions ? 3) can we takeover the chat in the middle of a session even if the bot is able to answer ? at 1:24:00 | suppose i added quick replies and some cards on Facebook block so it will also reflect on the dialog flow messenger which was integrated on my website (the user will get those quick replies and cards even on my website ?) End-user interactions with the Dialogflow Messenger widget may be billed to your GCP account, depending on your Dialogflow edition. (will i be charged even on free plan ? for using dialogflow messenger) Thank you in advance sir will be waiting for your reply

Please find my responses to your queries. 1) If you want to remove the powered by branding, you can use the Dialogflow API and integrate it with your own custom chat interface. 2) If you want to transfer the conversation from the chatbot to an actual live agent/person, you can follow the steps below. - Make sure to enable Dialogflow Telephony as shown in this video. - Go to the intent where you want to handle the handoff. Go to the responses section below and click on the + icon and choose Dialogflow telephony gateway. - Turn off the default response toggle. - Click on Add Responses and choose transfer call. - Enter the actual phone number of your choice. This will handoff the call to the actual number. 3) This will depend on your integration and how you handle it. Hope this helps. 🙂

Thanks a lot Donna. The internal error could be due to multiple things. But the most common that I feel could be if you are a new user of google cloud. Go to console.cloud.google.com using the same email address used in Dialogflow. Make sure to accept the terms and conditions. You can also check if the Dialogflow API is enabled for the project. Hi, this can be done multiple ways. You can embed dialogflow Chatbot into your website. You do have the option to change the logo to yours. You can also use Dialogflow Messenger with your own custom theme. I have covered these in the tutorial series. Hope this helps. 🙂

Hi Christian, I have done a video where you can connect to the backend. You can use that as an example and proceed as per your business logic. You have to use webhooks and use the Dialogflow APIs to achieve some of your requirements. The tutorial series covers a lot of these steps and concepts. Hope it helps. All the best

So Assuming I created a chatbot for scheduling an interview. Now the first person is approaching my bot and scheduling an interview at 10 am. Now when the second-person approaches and if he asks the bot to schedule at 10am, my bot should reply that the 10 am slot is already booked could you please select another time! So how could I put a condition like this?

Hello sir, i did created a chatbot using dialogflow and integrated with viber . Working fine. But now o have to change the description of the bot, i have done it in dialogflow General tab and saved.but its not reflecting in viber.what needs to be done for the same.

Hi Laxmi, you can try to do the integration again and see if it reflects. Other way would be to also export and import your agent with the necessary changes and integrate it with viber. Hope this helps. 🙂

To create your own custom Knowledge base, one of the ways you can do is create a FAQ page in your website and refer it. You also do have the option for CSV. If you are creating an FAQ page, make sure it follows the FAQ schema markup. Once the content is loaded as per the FAQ schema markup, you can use that link to the page as a Knowledge base in Dialogflow. For dynamic events for your scenario, you need to handle that in your webhook. When someone requests for appointment, you checked your backend and then send response back saying these dates and time are not available and here is the nearest next available slot and continue the conversation accordingly.

Hi, make sure that when you click on web demo, there is an enable button. You have to enable it for it to work. Without enabling it, you will see this 404 error. Hope this helps. :)

I followed all your steps and it worked, the Facebook chat responds to the account that created the page. however it does not respond to other people. it only responds to the creator of the page. do you know how to solve this?

Hi Ravi, congrats on having your chatbot working. The reason it is not public is because you need to go through the approval process from Facebook Developers console. So once you have refined your chatbot to your requirements, you can submit for approval. Once it is approved, it will be accessible to all. All the best. 👍

HI, you can just use Dialogflow Messenger which does not have the microphone option. Hope this helps. 🙂

Hi Sameer, the knowledgebase implementation does not flow down that integration yet as per my observation. Please note that Knowledge Connectors are still in Beta.

Hi rageshwar, as mentioned in the video, make sure your FAQ document URL follows the FAQ Page schema. as long as the URL that you are providing follows the FAQ schema, Dialogflow should be able to parse all the content. Let me know if this helps. 🙂

So to build a Chatbot For Scheduling an Interview, Do we have to use Dialogflow CX or Dialogflow ES? What would you recommend?

HI, you can technically use both to achieve it. I would recommend to start with Dialogflow ES. 🙂 You can use CX if you have a much complex use case and conversation flow and connect to contact center etc. Hope this helps.

@@roshnan424 You can definitely do this in Dialogflow. Use suggestions chips to show users options to choose from. Based on the options they click, you can then trigger the respective intent and process the data. You can also use slot filling depending on your use case. Finally, you can use fulfillments to process your data to your backend and give the response back to the user if needed.

Hi Balkrishna Tripathi, it could be of many reasons. If you have just created your facebook page and If you've noticed that your Page isn't appearing in search results on Facebook, make sure that: Your Page doesn't have age or country restrictions. Most of the tutorials are easy to follow and some of them dont need prior coding experience. However, if you plan to build complex chatbots, you might need some experience in coding. Hope this helps. All the best.

You are seeing this because you have not accepted the terms of service in Google Cloud. Go to console.cloud.google.com and accept the terms and conditions and then come back to dialogflow. This should solve it. Hope this helps.

You can use the default WELCOME event. You will usually find this in the Default Welcome Intent under the events section. This is automatically handled in Dialogflow Messenger integration. Hope this helps. 🙂

Hi Ishita, where exactly are you seeing this error. Integration to website should be easy as long as you copy the code into your website. Are you referring to web demo or dialogflow messenger?

Hi Rajeshwar, thanks for the feedback. I am using a 4K screen and then the stream is in 1080p where the compression happens. You should still be able to follow the steps. Hopefully you will see things clearly in the follow up videos. 🙂
