The Federalist Society has a strong grip on the Republican Party (i.e., all 6 conservative SCOTUS members have ties to it). The Stanford chapter’s latest move, after getting AP reporter Emily Wilder fired, was going after a law student’s first amendment rights and threatening his chance to graduate after he satirized the Federalist Society.

I am loving the heck out of this segment. The Federalist Society members are a major source of our judicial system’s bias favoring corporations over people.

As a Stanford grad student in the 1970s and 1980s, I saw the flourishing of libertarian-labelled groups, including at least one professor, that were funded by the Koch brothers.

As Federalist Society members they represent the Integrity of the American People's values. As such, by serving on the SUPREME COURT BENCH they undermine the idea of JUSTICE> Under these circumstances they should be willing to resign their seats for the INTEGRITY of the POSITION.

So, guys, since the judiciary is supposed to be apolitical in its essence (as CJ Roberts is wont to say), how can its members justify being part of FedSoc? Perhaps some journalist or commentator might find the time to ask a few?
