true. you can only wonder whether your health would benefit overall with the stress reduction and happiness. so who cares?? have a cigar if it makes your life better
I’m 34 years old and just started smoking cigars this year in February. Always wanted to try them and now I’m hooked! I don’t feel physically addicted to them but enjoy them however often I can. 🍻
I'm gonna be 58 in a couple months and smoked my first real cigar in 1991 , it was a Macanudo Portifono. Still like them but don't buy em to often anymore. The thing is not to get too crazy with smoking more than once or twice a day. Enjoy your journey ✌️
Im a addictive smoker of 15 years cigs and last 5 years a vape but quit for 13 days now but i realy still want to keep smoking a good cigar once here and there when im not addictive to other shit anymore gonna light up one when im 4 months clean
Not to mention premium tobacco cigars aren’t laden with chemicals like cigarettes or vaping. Still not to say they are healthy but there is a huge difference. I am staunchly anti cigarette for a variety of reasons but I am hugely pro cigar.
They don't need to be. Incomplete combustion of any kind produces hundreds of carcinogenic compounds. You now have them in your saliva, which you swallow.
Cigarettes are like hot dogs, and cigars like a ribeye steak. Both are meat but that's as closely related as they get. That said, i'm pro freedom, consume what you wish... while hotdogs are nasty I don't look down on Kobiashi because he can deep throat em by the dozen. Not anti cigarette, just don't smoke em and wouldn't smoke em but smoke away 🌭🌭
I have been smoking cigars since my college days, end of the 90's. No health issues to date. I normally smoke a couple on the weekends, doing tractor work, or celebrating. I am also in the gym 5-6 days a week. I refuse to go without my cigars.
Lol thats genetics man don't get it twisted. Some people live pass 100 smoking cigarettes. Some die in their 50s. It's the ball we roll and risk we take as adults.
Funny, I quit cigarettes by the end of 2023 and after months of no tobacco I tried a premium cigar for maybe the 3rd time in my life and im also now in the shape of my life at 30 years old. Habits come with risks but there is definitely a vast difference in enjoying a cigar every few days and smoking a pack a day. I also brush and use mouth wash after a cigar because im paranoid about my teeth.
Yeah that's the same for me about brushing my teeth and using mouthwash. I've always done that but since smoking cigars consistently I spend more time brushing than I used to , for the same reason of being paranoid. I never had a cavity "knock on wood" and I want to keep it that way at 57....
I appreciate your honesty Not something you'd typically see from someone who promotes cigars so well. Generally, I enjoy 1 or 2 cigars on the weekend. That's been my off and on routine since December of 1994. Occasionally, I'll throw in a drink to go with my cigar. The pleasures in life can very often be few and far between, I'll keep enjoying my cigars, risks be damned!! 👍
Agreed. Refreshing for him to acknowledge it. And yeah, none of us making it out a alive anyway. I think a couple cigars a week is moderation at its finest
I was told that George Burns smoked like 17 cigars a day and yeah, lived to 100??? Michael Jordan does 7 a day as well. Man , I guess I got a long way to go 😅😂😅 LOVE MY STOGIES
Smoking cigars isn't eating a broccoli stick but just living life comes with risk. Some things I do as an avid cigar smoker (< 2 a day) to maintain great health. 1. Workout 5 days a week 2. Drink lung tea to cleanse my system 3. Himalayan salt inhaler flushes toxins 4. Juicing for overall health 5. No refined sugar or carbs
Im a former cig smoker that transitioned into a somewhat heavy drinker. Im half tempted to start smoking cigars or pipes a few times a week in order to cut down alcohol use.
I also box! Also I've never smoked a single thing in my almost 27 year old life, I've also never drank alcohol except for a glass of champagne or two at weddings. I was worried about my health too and just wanted to try it, ended up loving it and smoke 4-5 a week now. I was concerned about that but then look at the facts, wanna know what a huge killer of men is? Stress. I'm always busy and always focused on something. My brain never relaxes. I now take a solid 90 minutes out of my dad to just sit down and enjoy a cigar, maybe read a book or play chess. Not only that, but the nicotine buzz gets me antsy after one so I usually pump out extra pushups, or shadow box longer. The perfect amount of cigars is 0 cigars but the best amount of distress is 0 distress as well and if cigars do that for you, it might be worth looking into! For someone who eats healthy, works out, doesn't drink or takes medication, if cigars is what ends up taking me out I can't say I didn't try'
Reminds me of a story of an important man who had to make hard decisions in his career, well he had a pipe and he would smoke it whenever he faced problems or tough choics. Come to be that pipe was THE only thing that helped make him make the right decisions. I forgot the mans name but i do remember the story. Have a Blessed Smoke Yall
I'm 38 and I started to smoke cigars last year. I have to admit I'm a worrier and the health risk are always in the back of my mind. My reasoning in my mind is that as long as I don't go to crazy I should be ok. I smoke one cigar a day and two on Sunday when I go to a coffee and donuts breakfast with friends at the lounge. I feel as long as I do that I should be ok. Yes it's still a risk but I try to minimize the risk by not going to crazy with it.
I smoke about 2 full cigars a month. Here and there a few cigarillo’s. I smoke for the taste, it’s nice to enjoy a infused cigars and not feeling addicted like someone who smokes cigarettes.
Yeah, I've been into cigars for 12-15 years, and into cycling for the last 5. I've never been in better shape in my adult life. Respiratory/cardio health is especially improved. Seems like cigars haven't had an effect one way or the other, apart from helping me relax.
People will shit talk cigars then inhale all sorts of unknown chemicals in their vape. Cigars certainly aren't incredibly healthy, but at least you know what you're getting
The health benefits of cigars fly under the radar and I don’t understand why we aren’t talking about this. Increased alertness and focus, increased testosterone levels, improved mood and promotes relaxation, just to name a few…
We know stress is a big factor in a bunch of diseases, both mentally, and physically. If you can smoke a couple cigars every now and then, and chill out, I see it as a positive thing
I'll be honest, I don't see a problem with cigars. In fact I see them as a benefit in health at least from mental health. And I recommend all men to have a cigar. Especially if there's something really important on their mind and they need to really focus on it. It's great for being able to sit there and really key in on something specific. That's not to say that I'm advocating for somebody to become a chain cigar smoker.
Man if I'm being honest you looked a lot healthier several years ago. You look thinner now for sure, but you looked more healthy when you were a little thicker
When people say they get a “head rush” from cigarettes because of the nicotine it confuses me. There’s more nicotine in Corojo cigars than cigarettes so the “buzz” has to come from the arsenic lol
fda speaks on very much lower stats with lung cancer, that’s why you can stay fit. mouth and oral cancers are still higher risk than cigarettes. Much more contact.
I smoke 24/7 cigars is that bad or is it more like okay because no matter what I do like I'm very active but I feel like if I smoke a cigar thing it calms me down and makes me think about stuff a lot better so like when I have something on my mind I just smoke
I don't ever recommend it. Cigars present a health risk that everyone needs to consider for themselves. Personally, I choose to include cigars in my life. I smoke several cigars per day.
@@CigarsDaily aight i see that. but im cigarette smoker and im actually trying to consider cigars. but thanks might have to start like 1 or 2 per week, or go with cigarillos of im gonna go daily. thanks.

I did boxing for about 10 minutes. Decided I wanted to choose a sport where I didn't get punched in the head.
We bought a hotel from a electrician and he already had them installed, while they may not save the world the fact that we have a shit ton of electronics and use a lot of energy, have 2 furnaces and air conditioning units and our energy bill is sometimes under a 100 in a 4000 square foot house sure means they save me a hell of a lot of money
@@nickapalooza861 I'm not knocking solar panels as an idea. I'm mocking solar panels because they are bad for the environment. Most likely your panels are made in China most likely The rare Earth resources that go inside of them were mined by children in the Congo. And there is no way to recycle solar panels after they inevitably break.
Hell yeah they're , all that saturated fat and cholesterol you get from that junkie food. I had a major neck surgery last year and had to stop smoking cigars for several months but when I went for my pre-op appointment they said my arteries were perfect and my heart was good. I walk my dog a mile and a half almost every day , so at least I'm getting some exercise , plus my weight has been the same for 30 years. I'm 5'11" and weigh between 167-172 so I'm not to worried about my health at 57....
Truthfully, I drink exceedingly rarely these days. Most of that stuff get's consumed by the cast for Cigars Daily LIVE. But I do enjoy a good scotch once in a while.
