It is a crime that you weren’t nominated for best content creator at the game awards. Entertaining, funny, and makes pretty generic parts of gaming genuinely fun to learn about. 10/10 RU-vidr.

It never ceases to amaze me that Scott isnt content with a screenshot and almost always had the actual box, game, system or whatever else, often SEVERAL just for a split second bit, I love the commitment.

“Fifteen years is nothing!” And now we wait for the fifteenth anniversary of Scott the Woz just to see Scott say how mind blowing it is.

When Scott said "an exclusive variant of one of these whatever-the-fucks" I just slowly looked up at my 3 book case shelves full of skylanders and sighed. How does Scott have a skylander I don't?

Wait they bundled the Wii with a music CD and the console can't play music CDs? This is amazing, I just love when companies do insane things like this.

That Hannah Montana PSP was rotting in clearance at my Walmart and that was how I finally got my parents to buy me the PSP. I rocked the hell out of it playing liberty city stories on the bus.

The PS5 pack-in, Astro's Playroom, is honestly great. Loads of fun and pretty replayable. It's a short game, but it's an easy platinum trophy and does a great job at showing off what the PS5 and its new controller can do.

13:02 This literally happened to me. For this Christmas, I was buying a Switch for my sister but the *only* switch I could find ANYWHERE was the Animal Crossing switch. My sister doesn't like Animal Crossing and I know that because she never played the dsi one that she had, and after searching for forever I ended up just buying the OLED version instead because there wasn't any regular switches anywhere.

That Mario Kart DS bundle was my first ever console! My parents got it for me one Christmas and I remember really loving it. They got me Nintendogs along with it and I think I pretty much never played Mario Kart, but it came with a few themed stickers and a wrist strap. I think it came with a case too, but I’m not sure.

Personally I feel like the coolest pack in games are the ones that are pre installed on your system. I still remember unwrapping my 2ds on my birthday turning it on and seeing yoshi’s new island was already on the system.

my parents bought me the 'kung fu panda/ lego indiana jones xbox 360 bundle' for christmas after my first console red ring'd. As a hardcore gamer at the time who would never have bought these games any other way, I was suprised with how much fun they were.

The most popular console bundle was undoubtedly when they packaged the "Not a Wii U" and "Dear god, anything but a Wii U" together. That thing sold like hot cakes

The first system I ever got was the turquoise-white 2DS/Mario Kart 7 bundle. It really was an amazing pack-in game.

When I bought my ps4, believe or not, it was just for playing Minecraft. I bought a bundle that came with three controllers and CoD BO3. I didn't know the game till I bought and now I'm grateful that I bought it. It introduced me to the CoD franchise and I still play it auntie today

The only bundle I wish they'd bring back is including 2 controllers with the system. I don't think I've seen one since the NES. Stuff's expensive! Edit: I should clarify that I meant an original run of the systems ie a first edition run where two controllers are included

No matter how “convenient” online game purchasing and downloading gets, nothing will ever replace the satisfaction of taking a physical cartridge/disc and putting it into the system

I actually did get the Xbox 360 bundled with Forza 4 and Skyrim! It was awesome since my parents were strict with video games. This way I didn't have to go buy Skyrim and then write a college final essay to convince them it wasn't remotely an adult game besides the blood. They just saw me play it and were like "That's a neat game," and then we all moved on with our lives. It was really nice. I might not have played it until way later had it not been for that bundle.

Hey, buying that Xbox 360 bundle with Forza 4 and Skyrim was probably one of the best decisions I've ever made. It introduced me to 2 franchises that I now love and have played for almost 10 years.

I consider myself to be something of a Peggle expert. It’s my favorite game. I find Peggle 2 to be a stain on the good name and brand of Peggle. It’s recent representation in now three (3) Scott the Woz videos is truly sickening.

I have really fond memories of the blue DS that included Mario 64 DS with it. It was the first system I ever saved up for. That $150 over an entire summer was worth it!

I never noticed how rich Scott and his parents were to be able to buy all these bundles.

8:03 the PSP that I have includes the cardboard sleeve and disc of ATV Offroad Fury: Blazin’ Trails and Lords of Dogtown Theatrical Version and the console is the PSP 1000 Most PSP bundles include a game and a movie or tv show.

I got a NES 2.0 with Castlevania bundled in in 1996 from my local Sears.... It was so cool to go back n revisit the NES games i could still find at local video stores....

I can't find pictures of it online but way back when I bought my Gamecube in a bundle at Costco in the best bundle. It came with the Gamecube, an extra memory card, a second controller, pluh Smash Bros, the Smash Bros guidebook, and Luigi's Mansion. Probably one of the best bundles I've ever seen but it seems to be non-existent on the Internet. Only pictures of the standard console, memory card, and controller bundle Costco had.

nintendo's new strategy is just tell everyone it's "limited production" that way all the hardcore collectors, hardcore fans, and scalpers, will all be first in line. its a bundle of fun

The one bundle I got in my life was a base Xbox one with three (it gets worse) games. The games were Ori and the blind forest, gears of war ultimate edition, and... Rare replay. For those who don't know, rare replay is a collection of most of rare's games. So you're not just getting 3 games, it's 32 games! Talk about an insane bundle, I'm surprised Scott didn't mention it.

I bought the Diamond & Pearl Special Edition DS Lite as a kid without realizing it didn't come with the game. It did come with a short animation on a DVD though! To tie in with Pokemon Mystery Dungeon of course.

My first bundle was the N64. I was 5 and my parents got the Mario 64& F-ZeroX bundle. Two classics to start with. I loved that thing. Lol

9:45 I actually have that 3DS + NSMB2 bundle, and it took me months to me figure out what the DLC content that came included even was lol. But it was worth it, I already loved the other NSMB games and I needed a new 3DS, plus that one looks really nice.

I still have my very 1st home console, an SNES I bought at KB Toys with money I saved from my 1st full-time job. It came with 2 controllers, Super Mario World, Mario Paint, an SNES Mouse, and Mousepad. It was quite a while before I bought more games because I had plenty to keep me entertained with those 2 games alone. Good times.

Console bundles were the reason my parents were ever interested in buying systems for me, oh the Wii comes with Wii Sports now we’re talking. They also made for a fun afternoon until I got bored and wanted more.

My mom actually got the NSMB2 3DSXL for me for Christmas in 2014. It was the first 3DS I owned, and I actually had some enjoyment out of a game I probably wouldn't have played otherwise.

The Skyrim+Forza bundle was my first ever non-mobile console. Very fond memories of that bundle 😁

It felt like in the early days of consoles, Console Bundles drove a lot of sales for systems, particularly because of the smart choices the makers made for which games to bundle, particularly the pack-in titles. One of the big reasons for the NES's success was it being bundled with Super Mario Bros, Super Mario Bros. + Duck Hunt, and Super Mario Bros. 3 at various points during its run. Then SEGA came along with Sonic the Hedgehog and ran away (pun intended) for a while with a massive success, Altered Beast, Sonic 1, Sonic 2, Streets of Rage 2, The Lion King, Vectorman, and other high-quality popular titles on the system. Nintendo hit back hard with Super Mario World, Super Mario All-Stars, Super Mario All-Stars+Super Mario World, Donkey Kong Country, Super Mario Kart, Killer Instinct, and Street Fighter II (in the UK). Your definition of the best game in a bundle is spot on! One of my bundles matched that definition it was the N64 Goldeneye Bundle and included N64, Golden controller, and Goldeneye game.

I remember my PS3 came with Killzone 3 and still holds a special place in my heart I don’t think I would have ever played the game itself if it did not come with my console, but glad I did cause it’s awesome.
