A lightgun Console Wars battle with The Justifier would also be great. In this case it has to be a huge victory for Sega because it has eight compatible Justifier games (Lethal Enforcers, Lethal Enforcers II, Snatcher and the five FMV games also compatible with the Menacer) while Nintendo only got one (Lethal Enforcers). Even if you leave it to the Mega Drive only with no Mega-CD, it's still two games (both Lethal Enforcers games) down to one (only the first one).

You don't need a Emulator to play Sega/Mega CD game that cost a lot. All you need is the Bin/Cue files from the CD and burn to a CD-r and it will play on the Mega CD (No copy protection on the Sega/Mega CD) Burn and play. Make sure the region is correct "If you use a different region then the disk will need to be patched" or use a Everdrive with Bios changer.

As for the hint, I have no clue what that first picture is supposed to mean but the other two makes me believe that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters is the next episode. If it is, judging by everything I've heard about the two games over the years, Genesis is about to suffer his second loss in a row.

Last episode, I predicted your next one (which is this episode) would be your best episode yet... you didn't disappoint! I like how you explained what categories would be used for this particular episode, how in depth you went into describing the peripherals in general, the games included with the peripherals and how they work with their respective peripherals, as well as how they work with Terminator 2: Arcade (which alone can be it's own episode), and of course the peripheral/system exclusive games! I definitely feel you and Pat went all out on this one!! Overall, it's not my personal favorite episode of the series, but it's still your best one yet!!!

Good episode. Great seeing Greg and he looks like he's in a better place. I didn't recognize him. The meta joke made me rewind to make sure it was him. Beard gains looking strong. I think it would be a good idea to invest in a Mega SD. It would have resolved the freezing issues and still allows you to play games on original hardware without worrying about scratches ruining the games. Also, going to make a correction. The 32x Sega CD games still required the Sega CD, they just allowed the video quality to be much better due to the improved colors from the 32x.

I loved the Super Scope as a kid. Half the time I didn’t even play games with it, I’d just run around the house pretending to shoot aliens.

Personally, if the Menacer had more support, it might’ve easily won me over. A lot of the Super Scope games look pretty cool, although the peripheral itself is kinda expensive.

The nice thing about the sega cd is it existed before copy protection was used (the cd itself was thought of as the protection lol). It makes experiencing the games on OG hardware a lot easier

There are actually 12 games that use the Super Scope 6, with Lemmings 2 for the SNES, and Body Count wasn't a cartridge release here in the States, but rather was accessible via the Sega Channel, which is not available now. The cartridge however was only available overseas.

I spotted you missed Lethal Enforcers for both systems. It was a Konami released game and pretty decent as a light gun shooter

Honestly this was ambitious like your art episode. I was very surprised to see Greg too. Sadly I can't directly judge on both of these for different reasons. I never had an Super Scope but I might've had Konami's light gun for that console. I did own an Menacer but I never got to actually play with it long story. My brother got to play it while they tried figuring out how to play with it. You guys worked very hard on such a great episode.
