Thank you. While listening;( not in the restroom, mind you) my body temp. rose this with me is a blessing because it was almost like a cleansing warmth. I suffer with neurological problems and as each one has exposed itself- constipation has always been present... Misdiagnosed with Bell's Palsy, (13 years later it's actually Ramsey's hunt) cons. Present Female peoblems & finally, Hysterectomy, cons. present Now shingles...same thing! so i don't think these things were the problem;but rather symptoms.

This is only 1 method I use. Castor oil on my belly with a heating pad on it for 20 mins is only 1 other. I use various methods. It's unfortunate I'm still severely and chronically in constipation mode. All I'm told from my GI is that things look fine and that it's IBS-C. The body's more complex though because the GI tract is a part of the CNS... I'm literally going to a neurologist for this next to be safe. It's futile to leave out other possibilities to battle this fiasco on a daily basis! 🥴

Worked for me with a little foot reflexology using the rounded edges of my step stool. I pressed into those points while playing this . (Stool is used to raise your knees upward) You can pull up a foot reflexology chart to get a visual of where the points that coincide with the s/l intestines, ascending/descending colon, rectum etc.😊 So much relief. Constipation is a terrible illnes. It can cauae dehydration faigue being uncomftable bloatness. People who suffer with dementia or any menory loss sometimes as they illness progresses cannot express their needs. This music has helped my clients feels relaxed to pass their bowels.
